for some reason, in some way, thanks to some god, milani found herself being investigated by rue and jules.

lucky for her, she wasn't the only one. elliot sat beside her not seeming intimidated in the slightest.

"do you wanna fuck rue?" jules asks bluntly, flashing a light in elliot's face.

the question nearly causes milani's eyes to pop out of her head but elliot seemed calm, in contrast.

"not no."

milani rolled her eyes, "why the fuck do i need to be here for this?"

rue shrugs, "i dunno,"

jules is the one rolling her eyes now, "cause you were there the morning this all started." rue nodded.

jules turns the questions back on elliot, "so you're straight?"

"kinda."

"are you gay?"

"kinda."

"so, you're bi."

"well, i don't think of it that way."

milani groaned, "i really think it's best if i'm not here,"

"milani," rue started, "are you gay?"

the girl in question furrowed her brows, "why is this relevant?"

"just answer the question," jules jumps in.

"my sexuality is fluid, i don't have a label. can i go now?"

it was the truth, milani didn't see the point in labeling herself. she'd been with all kinds of people, well enough to know that her sexuality wasn't fixed to one gender.

"yeah, kind of like that." elliot decided beside her

milani is about to go but elliot drags her back down by her wrist, placing her back in her position next to him.

"i'd really wish for you to stop touching me," she said flicking his hand off.

elliot laughs and rue adds her input, "just stay, milani. we don't bite."

kind of looks like you do.

"have you guys fucked? is that a thing?" elliot asks the couple

jules deflects, "elliot, i'm asking the fucking question."

"why did you avoid the question, jules?" milani asks, if she was gonna be forced to stay in a room with three psychopaths, might as well have fun teasing one of them.

"yeah why did you dodge the question?" it's rue asking now.

jules deflects again, "how many girls did you fuck?"

milani seems confused, "are you asking me or him?"

rue shrugs from behind jules, "both of you."

"forty-three." milani throws out there.

jules is shocked, "wait, really?" and rue's "damn." can be heard too.

"i'm kidding," milani chuckles, "what about you, elliot?"

"technically three." elliot replies.

milani's amusement is present as she asks, "technically?"

"i mean, technically, the first girl, it was like, two seconds. it was embarrassing. she probably wouldn't count it. she would not count it."
