[Settings: Sasha's office]
Paper was scattered on the desk, some fell on the ground, The women on the desk checked each document, filling the constant words on each paper, she sighed in stress as she twiddled the pen on fingers while reading the constant book-like documents.
Jared, her butler, stood beside the female for respect and quietly observed his master in stress "M'lady, is there anything that I could assist you with?" He asked.
Sasha leaned back on her chair and slowly twirled around. "I need to relieve some stress, can you get me my smoke?" She orders her butler, with a quick nod he pulls out a cigarette and a lighter. Lighting it up and giving it to his master. "Here you go M'lady."
Sasha puffed out two smoes, and leaned her head on the office chair, "Tell me Jared. What do you think would happen to the witch?" Sasha asked the butler.
"Hmm, for my answer, I would happen to think, she would struggle her path, trying desperately to escape from any organization or military, but knowing she's a witch she can keep her ways clear, and will use that magic of hers to get her way, stil she could be naive, and has a lot more to go before succeeding her journey, but overall, the witch must think, or else, everything would stumble and fall to the ground." Jared finished.
Sasha hummed in agreement, amused by his answer. She puffed out her smoke "Right, but. What would happen if she succeeds. Certainly she must feel some pride for herself, but like you said, she is indeed naive, but has an intelligence in her." She took another puff of the cigarette.
A message popped on her phone, checking it, she read the message one of her clients had sent her. She smirked and put her used cigarette in the ashtray. "Well I be damned, that bastard of a pirate finally got what he deserved, finally I wouldn't have to deal with his bull crap again." A grin appeared on her face.
Another notification appears. Looking, she sighed. "Guess one of his men lived, and it appears to be a child." She spoke. She responded on her phone to bring the kid to the headquarters. And waited. "M'lady, I apologize to ask, but is there a reason to bring the pirate child back to our headquarters?" Jared asked.
"Well, it's a perfect opportunity to have a subject, or a student. Either way, it's nice to have more members, the more the merrier they say." Sasha sighed, and got back to work. "They'll be here for an hour or so, by that time, go make a meal and start a hot bath for the kid, We won't take long discussing some matters."
Jared nodded and exited the office and did his dooty. Sasha couldn't possibly be more exhausted than anything, after Captain Harg's death, things started to go a little bit smoothly on her trail, but the amount of work she needs to fill out could kill her by exhaustion, sighing once more she got up from her seat and stretched her limbs, and cracking some of the bones on her body.
She looked out the window, and admired the view, watching the sunset take peek on the horizon, Who knew the most beautiful things could be the rarest sights. She didn't know how long she was watching from the outside view before hearing the teleporting effects.
"M'lady, I have brought the pirate kid."
"W- where am I? What happened?"
Sasha turned around and sent the client away, now only her and the kid, she approached the young pirate. Kenzo didn't know what was going on, first he was trying to help the witch, next he saw his cousin being decapitated, then the entire ship started to flood and be destroyed, and now he's here, for a second he thought he died and ended up in the afterlife.
Looking in front of him was a tall lady about 7'2, he was shocked by the lady's height. He had never seen a woman this tall before. She approached him and the more she got closer to him, the more tall she appeared to be. She kneeled down on one knee and looked at the scared pirate.
She had an imaginary mirk and spoke to him. "Hello, what would be your name, young pirate?" speaking softly. But Kenzo still had his guard up, and wanted to leave from this place, but even if he did, where would he go?
Sasha noticed his distress and touched his head, causing him to flich. "There there, there's no need to be startled, I won't hurt you." She petted his head softly, Kenzo didn't want to admit it, but it made him feel calm by her touch and slowly leaned in for her.
Sasha smiled at the boy's calmness. "You must be wondering where you are, to answer that. You're in my office, and from now one, you'll be staying with me."
Kenzo looked at the girl in disbelief. "W- what? I- I" He tampered with his word, but was shut down by her finger on his lips. "Shh, there there, the reason why is that your ship and so are the people who are now dead, it'll be best to have a remaining survivor to my place. I hope your not sadden-
"I'll join!" He blurted out
"Huh? I wasn't"
'I- I don't care! I wanna join you!" He stuttered, Sasha grinned at his answer, and engulfed him to a hug catching him by surprise.
"There there, little one. From now on you will always be by my side." She gently stroked his head comforting the little one in her arms.
