The girl didn't bother responding to the boy and grabbed her bag and climbed out her window. As she did so, she saw him standing outside her house, watching her with his jaw dropped.

"Y/n Anderson you're crazy!!"

"I know I am but stop shouting or my step mom will hear you and come outside!"

He nods and stops talking. After a few minutes, she jumps from the lower roof to the ground.

"Damn...do you do that often?"

"....maybe, okay let's go before my stepmom realizes I'm not in my room."

The two start their journey to the nearby park and find a nice tree to sit under.

"Wait, I thought you were bringing your guitar?"

"Oh yea, I thought I would just get to know you more. You seem pretty cool"

"You're not too bad yourself Smith"

They shared an innocent moment that came with a genuine smile.

"So, Anderson, tell me about yourself."

"What do you want to know?"

"Anything you want me to know, if you want to tell me about your family, you can. You don't have to if you're not comfortable."

"Uhm okay well..."

The next hour they spent talking about their lives and Y/n shared her story with Luke. He stayed quiet and let her talk while he patiently listened, admiring the way she talked and how passionate she was in certain moments. He was starting to develop feelings for the beautiful blue-eyed brunette. However, Luke being Luke, was cautious and told himself consistently that she probably didn't feel the same way and that he had already given his heart to someone else, even though he didn't even know her real name.

Luke was always moving around and making new friends. It was the lifestyle that came with having a parent in the military. Some friends would last a long time, most wouldn't. He didn't mind though, Luke would spend all his free time talking to his online friends and playing games with his closest online friend, Celeste. They had been friends for so long yet they never told each other their real name. She knew him as Punz and they never met in person or seen what the other person looked like. It was all so secretive. Even though he didn't know what Celeste looked like, he was in love with her. The way she spoke, and the way she carried herself, made his heart melt at the thought of her. He didn't know where she lived so Luke could only imagine that she was far away.
