Alexa's Pov
It's the next day and I just got to work.
I was thinking of that boy all day and he totally got the job. I call him and tell him that he got the job and he should come in right away.
After calling him this old guy comes in and of course he starts hitting on me.
I start getting very annoyed and I just wanted to take a hot drink and throw it in his face. I was on my last nerve and I almost took my apron off and left.
Like why do they think it's ok to hit on young girls like that. That cute boy comes in and he sees what's going on. He gets behind the counter and fills a mug with steaming hot coffee and throws it in the old guys face. I smile and give him a kiss on the cheek, The manager comes out and sees what happened. He knew that boy was new here and he told the boy that he was fired because it is not ok to hurt the people who come here.
"No! don't fire him. He didn't do anything wrong and yes I know it's a rule that we can't hurt any customers but he was defending me. I mean you don't even care about me or any of the workers. Whenever one of the girls gets hit on by a creepy old man you don't do anything, you just let it happen. I have told you so many times what has been going on and you just stand there and again you let it happen. So don't fire, what's your name?" I yell
"My name is Luc with a c" Luc says
"So don't fire Luc cause he didn't do anything wrong"
"Luc your fired!" Our manager says
I get so mad that I push the manager so hard into the counter and he hits his head. He gets up and I pour water all over him. I also grab the ketchup and the mustard and anything liquid and I dump it all over him as well. He's so angry at this point and I'm about to quit. As i'm about to get in front of the counter I say something that makes him even more angry.
"Also I know you are having an affair with Tory, I always knew you were a creep and also I QUIT!" I yell
I'm about to walk out the door when he says.
"You can't keep your apron!"
"Fuck You!" I say to him as I flip him off.
I walk out of the diner and I walk home.
I feel free now that I don't have to work there anymore.
Later Luc comes over and we talk for a bit and he ends up kissing me.
I was shocked by this but I couldn't let go, it was so sudden but so good.
"I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that" He say
"No it's fine" I say while I tuck my hair behind my ear.
Today was a great day and I can't wait to see what awaits.
