Chapter 7: Reunion and new Rival

Hello everyone Rue here with a chapter in place anyway like I said before. I have been busy with work and life that barely able to have free time to write. But somehow managed to make a new chapter. Anyway hope you all enjoy the latest. Let's BEGIN!

Aether approached Danheng who was just finished with his phone.

"Mr Danheng" Aether called. Danheng notice him and put the phone away.

"Just call me Danheng none of that mister stuff, Mr Aether." Danheng said and Aether nods at him.

"Can you bring my sister here now." Aether asked, desperately wanting to meet his sister.

Danheng nods his head and immediately snaps his finger and immediately a strong light appeared behind Aether that blinded everyone a bit that made everyone look away. Soon Aether immediately turned around to see his twin sister, Lumine, standing before him

"L-L-Lumine..." he muttered as everyone stopped looking at the duo and looked towards the Traveler's allegedly lost sister.

"That's his sister" Bennett asked incredulously.

"I have to say she's gorgeous" Childe muttered.

"Wait..." Xiao said. "Something's wrong."

"Aether." Lumine eyes widen a bit in seeing her twin brother before him. Before her eyes change back to emotionless state. "Something tells me that your the reason why I'm suddenly here."

"Lumine. Please stop what you are doing. Abandoned the Order of the Abyss. This is not the way." Aether pleaded to his sister.

Lumine eyes narrowed in hearing this. "And abandoned my war against destiny. You are still naive as ever, brother."

"Wait..." Jean spoke from the shock of the last word. "Did she just say..."

"No..." Dilu shook his head. "We all heard it..."

"Does it mean..." Amber muttered as she was not liking the news.

"I'm afraid so" Beidou said. "Aether's sister, the person he was long sought to find... is the commander of the Abyss Order."

"But... But why" Amber asked.

"She said a 'war with destiny'" Barbara recalled. "I don't get it."

"I don't have time for this" Lumine said. She tried to use her power of the Abyss but suddenly found that it's not working. "W-W-What?" Lumine said in shock.

"Sorry Ms.Lumine." Danheng said as he approached the leader of the Abyss. Lumine turns to him with a glare. "My master already foresaw that you would try to leave and immediately canceled your powers the moment you were teleported here."

Lumine draws her sword and quickly charges towards Danheng.

"Lumine stop!" Aether called but his twin sister ignore him. Lumine swings down her sword but immediately a barrier appeared around Danheng, causing Lumine flying away.

"Lumine!" Aether shouted in worry as he runs to his sister. "You okay."

Lumine glares at Danheng as she stands up.

"Stand down Ms. Lumine. I have no interest of conflict against you. You can thank your brother for bringing you here upon from his wish." Danheng said calmly.

"A wasted wish that is." Lumine glares at her brother, who looks away from her.

"Now everything settle, my master wants us to continue viewing the multiverse." Danheng said which cause Lumine interest.

"Multiverse? What does he mean." Lumine asked.

"Oh! We are currently just watching different realities. The reason why, we are here besides seeing the multiverse....don't know." Aether said. Lumine eyes twitches in hearing this.
