Taehyung was shocked. He didn't know what to do, what to say, how to behave, he just didn't know.

The man who he spent almost every day with six years ago, cuddling, kissing and fucking, is now is his new trainer, and is living in the same house as him for only god knows how long.

The ravenette was quiet. His elbow rested on the table with his hand pushing his hair back, as he eyed the food on his plate while playing with it.

He was just listening to the conversation that was going on at the table, actually no, he was listening to Jungkook's voice.

Jungkooks deep and smooth voice. It's been years since he's heard it and he'll admit it, he's missed it.

Sighing, the male dropped his fork and allowed his head to fall onto the table, the loud thud that came with it making him wince and everyone around him look towards him.

"Taehyung, are you okay?" He heard his father ask, and he nodded his head.

"I'm just, not the hungry." Oh he was hungry alright, he just couldn't eat.

"Can I go up?" He asked, his deep blue eyes shifting from his father to Jungkook and back to his father.

He cleared his throat and placed his hands on his lap, "I'm tired." He stated, and his father sighed before nodding his head.

"Go on up."

Taehyung pushed his chair back and got up, a shiver running up his spine when he caught Jungkook's hard gaze on him.

The blondie wasn't being very subtle with the staring. His eyes have been on Taehyung from the time he got there and it made the boy feel nervous.

Pushing his chair back in, and running his fingers through his hair, Taehyung shot his father a soft smile before muttering goodnight and making his way upstairs.

The creaking sound of a door opening gained his attention when he reach his room.

He furrowed his eyebrows and looked across the hall, seeing the door to Jungkooks room open, and a small figure peeking through.

Jisoo.

"Hey..." he said softly and let go of his door handle, making his way over to the girl who stepped out of the room.

A small smile settled on his plumped pink lips as he stooped down in front of her.

"What are you doing up? It's almost 10." Taehyungs eyes moved to what she was holding in her hands and he smile.

It was a blue elephant plushie he sent as a birthday gift for her a couple years back.

The small gripped it tighter and pouted, "I can't sleep without my daddy." She said softly, looking down at her feet, that cute pout still resting

Taehyung smiled and brushed her hair out of her face, "Well, why don't you go and lie down, I'll you get him for you, yeah?"

She shook her head.

"No. I wanna lay with you."

"What?" He asked while looking into the girls sparkling eyes.

"You're my taetae, right? I wanna lay with you. Please?"

Taehyung blinked and gulped. Jisoo remembers him?

He thought that because of how young she was when he left and how long ago he left that she would've forgotten him. He thought that if he were to see her again she would look at him as a stranger, but no. It wasn't like that at all.

She didn't look at him like he was a stranger. She looked at him like she knew him, which was quite surprising. As a matter of a fact, everything that happened tonight was surprising.

With Jungkook being his, well their, new trainer, and Jisoo remembering him, and much more, all of it was surprising.

Looking at the girls sparkling eyes, Taehyung smiled softly and took one of her small hands into his own.

"I would love that, but—"

"Why does there always have to be a but?" She cut him off asking.

Taehyung looked down and furrowed his eyebrows, "I don't like buts, taetae," he heard the small girl say, and he clamped his eyes shut.

He didn't like buts either, but sadly, there was a lot of those in life.

"Your dad might not want you to lie with me so—"

"Why not? He loves you, I love you so I should be able to—"

"Jisoo!"

The loud voice made them both whip their heads to the right, only to see Jungkook walking towards them with a stern look on face.

Taehyung stood up and stepped back from the girl, clasping his hands behind him.

"I thought I told you to go to sleep."

"I can't sleep without you, and I heard a noise and thought it was you, but it was our taetae, so I asked if I could lay with him."

Her taetae.

His taetae.

Their taetae.

Taehyung smiled softly and looked at the girl. He's missed her. He's missed both of them so fucking much.

"No Jisoo, you can't lie with Taehyung, now go back inside, I'll be there with you in a minute."

Taehyung heard her sigh, and he looked up, giving her a soft smile, "Night, Ji."

"Night Taetae." She made her way back into the room, and when the door closed Jungkook turned to face Taehyung.

"She's so big now," he muttered mindlessly, and Jungkook bit down and crossed his arms.

"Go to sleep and be up by six in the morning." Was Jungkooks what the blond-haired male said before walking away.

Taehyung just stood there and stared at the door that closed not too long ago, his head turning once he heard the blondie make his way down the stairs.

He let his hands fall to his sides as everything hit him.

Jungkook was back in his life, and now he felt lost.
