Chapter Three: Table Dude😇

Two weeks have passed since I met Jeongin, and I've seen him multiple times since. Turns out The Silver Note has a lot more gang activity then I thought, and I already thought it was infested with it to begin with. Because of this Jeongin has been coming in almost every night to gather information on the local gangs, and I've even helped him out a couple of times too. For some reason the fox like dude grew on me. He's rather unorthodox to be honest, kind of like he hasn't learned a lot of social cues, but it kind of suits him.

Still, all the recent gang talk has been getting rather boring, and it's nice to get away from it every once and a while. That's the main reason I'm currently dancing to "Royalty" in the middle of a dance studio. The other reason is because I just generally enjoy dancing.

I first started dancing in middle school, and even after my parents passed I still made a habit of going down to the local dance studio almost everyday. I even managed to become the president of my school's dance club, but I unfortunately had to stop when we moved. My new school didn't have a dance club, but luckily it was a big city so there were plenty of places to learn.

I've come to this dance studio since eighth grade, and I actually made pretty good friends with the grumpy old lady who ran the place.

I mainly danced hip hop but I also dabble in ballet and ballroom as well. The forms are very different ranging from all three, but I've practiced enough in all of them to be decently skilled in all three.

I sigh in slight disappointment as my phone buzzing interrupts the song I was currently dancing to. I stop the playlist on my phone and check my notifications, a little annoyed when I see the unknown id, though that changes when I read the message.

It's Jeongin

I resist the urge to laugh at the random message as a fond smile surfaces. What can I say? Jeongin kind of reminded me of a younger brother. A younger brother who once threatened me with a knife, but all siblings have their differences.
