Chapter 13

Jihoon walk along the hospital's corridor. His hands are full with plastic bags, which contained foods and toys. He is visiting Hanbyul to say sorry. His heart still heavy over the news. He is heartbroken that Hyunsuk found new guy, married him and even have kid with the new man. He is not mad, not at all. But still, the disappointment is there, right buried inside his heart.

Hanbyul looking at the door once he heard a knock on the door earlier. A man appear, with his long beige jacket, round glasses. He is confuse, not recognizing the man. "Who ?" Hanbyul ask and Jihoon just smiling.

Jihoon took a seat, pulling chair closer to Hanbyul. He looking into the small kid face, round eyes, chubby rosy cheeks, long lashes, he just a carbon copy of Hyunsuk. "Hi, I am Jihoon. Uncle Jihoon, your papa's friend."

Hanbyul tilt his head, he is lost. He never heard about this uncle. "Do you know my papa?"

Jihoon smiling and nod. He then ruffle on the kid's hair, adoring him. "Yes, I know your papa. We were close, so close." Hanbyul nod, understand. His eyes then caught the bags that Jihoon brought over. Jihoon saw it and he took something out from the bags. It's a Iron Man figurine, he bought for Hanbyul.

"Here, a gift for you, and uncle want to say sorry because I hurt you." Hanbyul eyes light up. He took the figurine and smiling happily. Jihoon chuckles looking at him, somehow his heart swell when he saw Hanbyul reaction, so pure just like the early days when he met Hyunsuk.

"Oh, hi. Hanbyul are you okay today ?" A doctor and a nurse appear inside the room. Both Jihoon and Hanbyul looking at them. Hanbyul giggles and nod. He then show his new figurine to the doctor.

"Aigoo, our Park Hanbyul recover very fast. Good job !"

Jihoon stunned at the name. His heart beat fast and his eyes fixed on the giggling kid in front of him. 'Park Hanbyul. He is a Park .. '

Jihoon gulped. His mind spinning, he try to process everything. The doctor tap on Jihoon's shoulder when he saw Jihoon kind of spacing out. "Are you okay, mister ?" Jihoon turn his face to the doctor and then he shake his head. "What is the name of this kid, again ?"

"Hanbyul, Park Hanbyul."

"May I know the registered parents' name ?" Jihoon's heart almost explode. He try to anticipate it, try to stay positive and secretly he pray that Hanbyul is actually his son.

"We can't reveal our patient information, I hope you understand, sir." Jihoon grit his teeth. He is not backing off this. He turn to look at Hanbyul who happily play with his figurine.

"Hanbyul," Jihoon calling for the kid. Hanbyul turn to look at Jihoon, who slowly come near him.

"What is your papa's name ?" Hanbyul tilt his head, then he brightly response, "Choi Hyunsuk !"

"What about the other one ? Your dad, or father or .."

"Appa ?"

"Yes, your appa. What is his name ?" Jihoon is nervous. He need to hear that man's full name now.

"Yedam appa." Jihoon is frustrated, seems like Hanbyul doesn't know Yedam surname. "Yes, Yedam. Full name ?"

"Why are you interrogating my son ?" Jihoon turn his head and he saw Hyunsuk. Hyunsuk look uneasy and his face red, maybe he is angry.

"Hyunsuk .. I .."

"Stop it, he is my son and Yedam is his dad." Hyunsuk come closer to Hanbyul but Jihoon grabbed on his arm, making his body turn to face Jihoon. "Tell me. Hanbyul is my son ?"

Hyunsuk froze. He is completely silent, looking back at Jihoon. "No. He is not. Now please leave."

Jihoon chuckles. He is pissed. Hyunsuk seems lying to him. "His name is Park Hanbyul. You name him after my family name, Park."
