we were lying in my bed and vinnie suggested that we should cuddle so we did. it was great honestly. i liked hugging but this was even better.
"so can i come over often?" he said.
"of course. you are my boyfriend. are you not?" i smiled at him.
"w-wh-what? YEAH i'm your boyfriend." he seemed so happy.
he took his phone and opened his calendar: "today is 29th of October and also THE BEST day of my life."
i kissed him. i was very happy at that moment. i felt like it was never going to end. so we went to sleep and i totally forgot that my mom left the house that night. she asked me to help her with her luggage because she is going to hawaii and is staying there for a week but i totally forgot.
"olivia!" i heard my mom's voice from downstairs.
"vinnie, let me go." i said trying to break the cuddle. but vinnie was already sleeping.
i had to break the cuddle violently and i ran downstairs.
"i am so sorry mom. i forgot about hawaii and everything." i said with disappointment in my voice.
"it's okay olivia. you think that i don't know how it is to be in love?" she smiled.
"i love you mom." i said and hugged her.
"now help me already." she laughed.
"yeah, sure. give me that luggage." i smiled.
i heard footsteps coming from upstairs. it was vinnie's sleepy ass coming downstairs.
"let me help with that." he said and took the rest of the luggage.
"thank you...what is the name again? i am so sorry but i forgot" my mom said.
"vinnie, but the full name is vincent."
"thank you vincent" she smiled and opened the car.
when everything was in the car mom turned around and told us: "you kids can stay alone in the house for the week if you want. and vincent you are always welcome. now if you will excuse me. hawaii is waiting." she said and kissed me on the forehead.
vinnie picked me up and carried me upstairs.
"you are crazy i swear." i said and kissed his shoulder.
"oh, i know." he smiled.
