3 PM

It's been past afternoon now, but he has nothing to do; the old man had told him to complete the whole syllabus within a week with that Power. Moksh was dizzy and exhausted by using that technique the old man suggested, he sighed with heavy breath and continued his 11th biology textbook, and it was repetitions of pain cycle and tears drolling down his cheeks. Time flew fast when he saw the clock with his watery eyes; it was 11 PM now he heard the door knocks and a voice "Dinner is getting cold come outside Moksh!" Mrs Chaturvedi called out.

Moksh tried to stand up, but he was in such a sorry state he couldn't even balance himself, and put up a brave front and went towards the dining table, and when he saw the hot steaming food on the table, his dizziness blew away and devoured it like a monster without any rest. After dinner, he felt better and sleepy, too, so he decided to sleep early today.

THE NEXT MORNING

Moksh woke up early today as he got a night of good sound sleep, and he did some meditating, and at around 7 AM, he got ready for college and came down the stairs; his parents weren't wake up yet he boiled some milk add some corn flakes in the bowl ate it and left for college early at 8:00 AM. He reached college around 9 AM, but the classes were about to start at 9:30 AM, but he didn't want to waste his time sitting in an empty classroom; there was a park just a few kilometres away and went there to spend his time and breath a little bit of fresh air Delhi has which is a rare sight. The park's surroundings were quite warm; many oldies were doing yogas, youngsters were jogging around the park, and Moksh was sitting on a bench enjoying this view. Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder and turned around he was pretty astonished to see the person it was Aardhya.

"Hi," Aardhya said awkwardly

"hello..." Moksh replied stutteringly

"Could I sit?" She asked, and he instantly moved towards the bench's left side, and she sat beside him. "you're here today?" she asked "oh, I just arrived a little bit early; that's why I thought to spent my time here" he replied bit shyly.

Moksh was staring at her face and noticed the bandage around her jaw; he felt that memory rushing when he smacked her face brutally. Aardhya felt his stare and moved her head downwards in guilt, and he took off his gaze too, and next instant, she stood up to leave instantly, and he stayed there with a sense of pity and regret. It was 9:40 AM; he left the college and went to college, but he was late for the first lecture and somehow made it. lecture 1 was on composition painting; the course of BA(fine arts) contains:-

Aesthetic portrait paintingenvironmental educationhistory of artscomposition paintinggraphic printmaking graphic designing ceramic mouldslife studyprintmakingillustrationsposter designingpress advertisement stone and work carving Indian aesthetic

Today, Moksh doesn't bunk the classes; he attended two more lectures on printmaking and art history. After the third lecture, he went to the college canteen and found Aardhya sitting alone on the table; and he approached her saying, "Hi Aardhya." She was startled by that, and the calling broke her concentration as she created a perspective art piece with immense minor detailing. "I'm sorry if I disturbed you", Moksh apologised.

"It's okay", She replied and gestured for him to sit with her; Moksh sat in front of her, and both of them were silent as they were feeling awkward to initiate the conversation. Aardhya's art caught his attention and found some error in it just by a glance and snatched the pencil from her hand; the touch of their hands looked normal to him, but for Aardhya, it was not ordinary that slight contact makes her heart beat fast. Moksh corrected the alignments of the left sidelines, which made the art equally parallel and gave the perfect perspective even changed the shapes of the tree drawn.

"see, it's much better than before!" he said, and Aardhya moved herself to see the art and find it much better, even unique. She still felt guilty about the incident, and now she believed the man sitting in front of him was the actual creator of that art piece and with such a keen eye to find the error with one glance is the sign of 'Prodigy'.

Aardhya wanted to talk more, but it was not a place to speak as there were too many eyes watching him and information could be passed to Yash, and it would be problematic, but she gathered her courage and said, "let's meet after college at some nice cafe I know and wait at the outside gate." After saying this, she left, and Moksh was still confused but accepted right away.

2 PM

Aardhya was waiting outside the gate, and Moksh came out a little late with his scooter; she sat with him, and they went to the south campus, which is the best place for college students; It has some excellent eateries and cafes. It took them an hour to reach because of the heavy traffic and got there and entered one of the many cafeterias available there. They ordered two cappuccinos, and she took the first initiative to break the ice between them, "Umm, how are you nowadays? I don't see you much in college", she said.

"Nothing much. I'm fine, and I was actually on bed rest as the doctor said to me," He replied. Aardhya nodded, and he asked back, "How's everything going these days? Is everything okay"

"yes, I'm good!" she responded. They went silent again and sat there sipping their libations, but suddenly Moksh felt a hostile eerie sensation and instantly moved his head but found none suspicious she was confused by his reactions and movements and asked, "What happened? Are you searching for someone?"

Moksh just nodded in rejection of the query.

The woman was standing across the street, and she was the same individual that attacked him and almost blew him into smithereens, she thought 'that boy has improved a lot; let him grow a bit more then it will be fun to hunt him down.' and the woman just walked away and disappeared. Moksh and Aardhya started talking, and this time opened up a bit, discussing their hobbies, genres of books, songs and many other things and this way spent their 2 hours. The way they giggled and laughed, others could quickly see them as good friends; it was now 8 PM.

"Ah! it's 8 PM now you need to be going home," he reminded her

"Oh shit! You're right. I should rush; otherwise, I will miss the metro," She responded. Moksh insisted on dropping her at the nearest metro station to reduce her time, and he dropped Aardhya and took his leave with a warm smile she smiled too. The smiles between them were not ordinary; it sparked something between them; Moksh never felt anything like this was pure devoid of any awful impure feelings; he just moved towards his home.
