NOVA'S POV

   "Harry? Can I talk to you?" I'm fidgeting with my fingers, I only do that when I'm really nervous. "Yeah." Harry comes and sits next to me on the floor. I cast a silencing charm around us so the others can't hear us.

   "I'm really sorry about this morning. I know you don't like me and I don't know why I did it. I understand if you don't want to be my friend." My hands are practically shaking. Harry put his hands over mine to stop them from shaking and they do. "I still want to be your friend, Nova. Also, I do like you, a lot actually. You don't have to be sorry either because if you didn't kiss me first I probably would have."

   "Really? You like me?" I'm very confused but happy and relieved. "Yeah, I do. I would ask you to be my girlfriend but right now is not necessarily the best time and i think it's a little too soon right now."

   "Ok. I'm willing to wait if you do plan on asking me." I kiss his cheek and stop the silencing charm. "Goodnight Nova."

   "Goodnight Harry." He scoots over to his sleeping bag that is right next to mine and he slips inside then closes his eyes. I slip into mine and fall into a deep sleep.

   I wake up and suddenly remember I'm in the Great Hall. I see Harry awake just laying on his back.. staring at the ceiling. "Harry." I make sure to whisper so I don't wake other people up. "Good morning sleepy." He says with a smile on his face. "Good morning." I scoot closer to him and rest my head on his chest. "Whatcha looking at?" I start looking up at the ceiling to see what he's staring at.

   "The most beautiful thing in the world." I look up at him to see his beautiful emerald eyes set on me. "You think I'm beautiful?" My hair turns pink and my face feels hot. This never used to happen but ever since I realized I liked him it has. "Of course i do. Your beautiful eyes, your hair, your lips everything about you is beautiful." I bury my face in his neck to hide my blush. "Thank you." I kiss neck lightly and I see his face and neck go red. "Your welcome." He kisses my head and we cuddle until we can go back to the common room to get dressed.

   "Have you noticed that my father looks really sick? He just looks really pale and sick." I ask Harry as we sit on the common room couch. "Yeah I have actually. While everybody was at Hogsmeade we talked on the bridge and took a walk together."

   "What did you two talk about?" I lean my head on his shoulder. "You, school, and my parents." He rests his cheek against my head, I like just sitting here with him knowing it's not just platonic. "When you talked about me was it anything bad?"

   "No, of course not. He was asking if you had talked to me, he said we're just like my parents, and some other stuff." We just stare into the fire finding comfort in each other's arms. "What's the other stuff?" I ask curiously. "That's for me to know and for you to, dot, dot, dot." He chuckles. "Ugh fine since you want to be so stubborn." We both laugh at ourselves. It's nice to just hang out together like this.

3RD PERSON POV
CHRISTMAS DAY

(This timeline doesn't make much sense so I'm very sorry.)

   Nova woke up on Christmas morning to Ron shaking her and screaming at her. "WAKE UP NOVA! IT'S CHRISTMAS!" He keeps shaking her and screaming at her. "IM AWAKE BITCH!" She screams back at him and hits him with a pillow. "Oi! What was that for?!"

    "What was that for?! Maybe when you shook me awake profusely!" She gets up and sees Harry leaning on the doorframe with a smirk on his face. "What are you smirking at?" She walks down the stairs with him to the common room. "Merry Christmas, Harold." She smiles at him and kisses him on the cheek. He blushes hard and smiles brightly. "Merry Christmas, Nov." They both go and sit on the couch in front of the fire to warm up. "I'll get the presents." Nova walks over to the big Christmas tree in the common room with presents under the tree for students who didn't go home.
