Chapter 1: What to do?

Annabeth's POV

Next week is my birthday, and all I want to do, was spend the day with Percy, like we used to. Before we went to college all we ever did was play around and make each other laugh. Now that we've both graduated and have returned back to Camp Demigod, nothing was the same. I'm always having to run back and forth from Olympus making more arrangements, or sitting in my office, continuing on the designs for the throne room. Percy and I rarely see each other... He's teaching Swordsmanship at Camp, while I'm at Olympus... and I'm either trying to catch up on some of my reading, while he's trying to sleep. The only time we ever get to spend time together, is when I cuddle up on his chest at night while he's sleeping. But that's all going to change...

Percy's POV

OK! I'm sorry!!! I try to spend time with Annabeth, but she's always reading. I just want to hear her soft sweet voice. I even stay up late enough, that she thinks I'm sleeping but I'm just waiting to cuddle up with my girl. But her birthday is coming up next week and I've got a big surprise.
