I bent over and sucked in a breath. The chipper yoga-queen instructed the class in yet another obscure pose and I vowed to never let myself slack off again.
My muscles ached as I stretched them, non-sexually, for the first time in six-weeks. Between classes, work, sex-wars, and frat parties, there hadn’t been any time to attend Saturday early-riser yoga classes.
But after weeks of shoving my physical health to the back burner, there I was, displaying my lack of flexibility to a room full of nearly acrobatic women.
Our fearless leader, Anna, gushed over the girls in the front row and left those in the back, like me, to fend for ourselves.
Just when I was about to nail the ‘adho mukha svanasana’, which likely meant stick your ass in the air as high as you can, I glanced to my right where other students were free to lift weights.
The ill-placed mirror-wall reflected my abysmal form back to me. I groaned and swore to myself while I straightened my posture. Then, the last person who I wanted to see at seven in the morning, strolled in.
My eyes widened, shit.
I fought the urge to sink into the floor or sprint out of the gym altogether. I debated my options but settled on trying not to draw attention to myself; he would probably go away.
“Meg,” Anna clapped, “Try arching your back.” I nodded while heat rushed to my cheeks; he definitely heard that.
I turned my head, hesitant to confirm my fears, and stifled my initial panic when I saw Gavin’s pleased expression.
Ugh. Gag me.
After the party, and with my newfound knowledge that green was his favorite color, we had been cordial--normal even and it was driving me insane.
He made my breakfast, every morning, as promised but didn’t stick around to chat. Now, I was torturing myself before the sun even came up to distract myself from my growing fantasies.
The ball was supposed to be in my court but it felt like all I had been doing was waiting for his next move. When does the madness end?
Sarah and Jade were no help; they were still convinced that I had won.
And yet, the gleam in his eyes whenever I ventured out into the kitchen or needed help in class told a different story.
Game over.
Before I could finish my mental spiral, I peeled my attention away from him and refocused on arching my back.
Gavin stood only a few feet away and that knowledge alone was enough to melt my brain cells.
On the plus side, my ass was higher than ever before; even Anna noticed and congratulated me.
I tightened my core and braced myself as the class held the pose for what felt like an eternity.
Mental note: workout more, masturbate less.
When Anna finally released us, I was ready to tap out of her cheery eighth circle of hell.
Then, I saw Gavin’s clouded expression. He had been working out, noticeable by the sweat on his brow, but his gaze was fixed on me.
I blinked and devious ideas crept into my mind. Sure, he was a tool but he was also an amazing kisser.
Suddenly, all I could think of was his lips, on me, trailing down my abdomen and finishing what I had started weeks ago.
“Come on, Meg. Let’s see you loosen up those hips,” As soon as the words left Anna’s glossed lips, the sound of a barbell crashing onto the hardwood floor startled the whole room.
I glanced over to the direction of the noise and my admirer was sheepishly picking up the weight that slipped out of his grip.
Oh?
This could work in my favor after all.
I followed the class and pushed my chest out to form the “cobra” position. While Anna explained why this pose was her favorite, I stared down Gavin.
After being upside down for five minutes, my tits were threatening to burst out of my sports bra. There had been no time to adjust but if there was, I wouldn’t have.
Gavin’s jaw locked. Good.
Then, he strolled across the room, grabbed heavier weights and repositioned himself in front of the mirror. Just as I was about to scoff at his attempt to tease me, he peeled off his dark-washed hoodie and revealed his bare skin.
Drool formed at the corner of my mouth; I looked away before I could make all the wrong decisions.
Luckily, Anna had decided to move on.
She directed us to make the “bound bridge” and hold our hips into the air. I hesitated but then, realized my advantage.
I settled into my mat and pushed my hips upward; I held Gavin’s wandering gaze and ever so slightly thrust into the air three times.
His eyes widened at my blatant display but it was my wink that caused the outline of his hardening cock in his sweatpants. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one to notice.
Anna clapped near my ear and I dropped. When I glanced up, I fought the urge to punch her for startling me.
She cleared her throat, “Meg, darling, this class is for people who want to learn, not flirt with walking billboards.” My eyebrows pinched together but she didn’t give me time to respond. “So, how about you take your friend over there and get out until you can focus.”
Before I could start swinging, Gavin approached the mat.
He held his hand between me and the yoga-bitch. “Sorry, what’s the problem?”
Anna forced an insincere smile, “You both are.”
Gavin stared at her as if he had some choice words of his own but instead, he simply nodded. Then, he glanced at me, “Ready to go?”
I narrowed my eyes at both of them before rolling up my mat. Gavin handed me my bag and guided me to the door with his hand on the small of my back.
If it weren’t for the mind-numbing sensation, I would have doubled back to fight Anna when she said “If you want to fuck him so bad then just do it” as we walked out.
Gavin appeared not to pay her any attention but still, removed his hand. I stifled the disappointment crawling up my neck.
“So, you want to get a bite on the way back?”
I stared at him, bewildered that he was so calm. We were just kicked out of a yoga class for god’s sake. I mouthed the word ’no’ and then forced out, “I’ll just see you at home.”
After all, being within a foot of him would only worsen the tension building between us and my legs; I was better off grabbing an espresso shot, or four, alone.

What do you think so far? Are Gavin and Meg falling for eachother?
