The rain was softly pattering against the car creating a calming sound for the brunet sitting in it. He sighed heavily.
How could something be so calming in a time like this? Right now the boy just needed some space.
The brunet took in a shaky breath.
He knew he had to go into his hell of a house sooner rather than later but he was dreading it.
If his parents were awake then he would have to deal with the unrelenting questions like; Where were you? Who were you with? Why are your eyes red and puffy? The short brunet did not want to have to handle that right at this moment.
He felt as a few more tears slipped down his face.
The boy just wanted them to stop and to leave him alone.
Why was he crying at a time like this? He wasn't upset or sad; he only felt pure rage. Pure hatred for the boy who caused him to hurt himself.
And for what? There was absolutely no benefit to their relationship for the brunet.
He didn't know if he would ever be able to trust anyone again. He thought that they had loved each other. The interaction only made the brunet realize the ugly truth.
His partner had been shaming him. Making him hurt himself only for their pleasure. And the boy had fallen for it.
If not for his hasty escape and the fact his friends at been there who know what would have happened to him. He might have even gotten beaten.
The brunet is startled out of his thoughts by a slightly louder clack coming from the passenger side of the small red car.
He looks over to see an unfamiliar looking figure that was soaked in water.
The brunet tilts his head as he open the window letting the rain drift slightly into the car along with the darkness from outside.
"Hello?" The short boys says crossing his fingers hoping that it isn't his ex partner.
"Hi. Um could you maybe help me?" An unfamiliar voice says. He sounds young to the brunet. Maybe his age. Sixteen or Seventeen.
"How can I do that?" The short boy says with more aggression than he intended.
"I'm really sorry to bother you but my friends are not answering my calls and I'm lost. Do you live around here?" The unfamiliar boy says.
The brunet gets slightly agitated that he opened the window. What was he supposed to do about it?
"I live on this street why?" The short boy says just wanting this interaction to be over with.
"Is it possible that you could give me a ride home? I'll pay you if you want." The mysterious boy says.
The brunet sighs. If he gave this boy a ride home; it would delay the inevitable. Which is going into his own house.
"Sure where do you need to go?" The brunet says.
"Yes! Thank you so much! How much money do you need?" The peculiar boy outside the car says.
The short boy shakes his head.
"No need to pay me it's fine." The brunet says unlocking his car doors.
The door swings open and the boy gets in his car making the brunet's seat soaking wet. Recoiling at the fact that his car was now more wet than before the brunet closes the little red car's window.
