The brunet is awoken by the taller boy sitting up in the large bed. George looks over at Clay. "Good morning what time is it?" The smaller boy asks.

The blond chuckles.

"You just woke up and that's what your worried about. You got a hot date or something?" The smaller boy couldn't help it as a light blush spread across his face.

"Oh? You do?" The taller says a new seriousness in his tone.

"NO NO no. I planned on staying here most of the day if that's okay with you." The brunet says crossing his fingers once again hoping that he would agree.

"Okay but you have to run errands with me I can't leave you here alone." The blond says.

The shorter boy sits up in bed and nods aggressively. "yeah yeah that's fine. What do we have to do?" The smaller boy asked really not wanting to go home.

"Okay what are you like running away from someone?" The blond says chuckling more.

George sighs. "No."

Lie.

"Oh okay well we have a couple things to do. We have to pick Nick up from Alex's and bring him home because the idiot can't drive. But I'm hungry and Nick can wait. So we are going to the diner first. Anyway...um." The blond says a lot at once.

"It's fine I'm not hungry." George says.

Another Lie. The brunet was actually starving.

The taller sighs. "Well I'm not going to press but we still are going to the diner because I'm starving." The smaller boy nods.

"Ok. List the things we have to do besides the diner." George says hoping that it's many things and he will 'accidentally' end up staying the night again.

"Sure, First pick up Nick and bring him home. Second I have to pick up my sister and bring her back here. Third um OH." The taller states but stops himself. A worried expression fills his face.

"What?" George asks tilting his head.

"Yeah I um have a date with this new girl but I don't know if I really want to go. But now I have an excuse for not going. um You." Clay says.

This kinda hurts the brunet. He really wouldn't want to be the girl that the taller was about to stand up.

"oh. anything else?" The shorter asks. "Yeah um after I pick up my sister I um wanted to take you shopping as if your going to keep showing up with me you need a much better style than graphic tee shirts and jeans." Clay says.

This takes George slightly aback.

"Okay...Anything else?" The brunet says his throat suddenly feeling dry.

"Yeah there's a party tonight and I was wondering if you wanted to go?" Clay asks.

All George can think about is that this is his ticket to stay another night. Another day avoiding his father. "Yeah of course!" The shorter says putting the most fake smile and energetic tone into his response. But all the smaller boy could think about was that at a party there was lots of people. Whatever he could deal with it as long as it would end with him steering clear of his own home.

"Cool great. Let's go! Oh wait actually let's get dressed but here for now borrow some of my um clothes." The blond says.

The one thing that Clay didn't know was that he was actually making the brunet worse. Thoughts were racing through the shorter's mind as the taller went into his closet and Not good ones. 'Am I not good enough?' 'Am I too fat?'
