↬ "HALLELUJAH," You thought after an hour-long writing class, you started to pack up your things in your backpack and were desperately craving food so you decided you would go to eat in the dining hall for once.
As you were organizing your things, you didn't notice Tengen was still next to you, looking at you as if he had something to say. You looked into his fuchsia eyes, almost getting lost in them until he spoke, "want to get lunch with me y/n?" You hesitated then nodded your head yes to his question. "It beats eating alone for once," You thought.
"I need words beauty" Tengen spoke.
"Uh yeah sure, that'd be nice" you responded kind of shocked he spoke to you in such a familiar manner.
You both got up and made a silent walk towards the dining hall. You picked (f/f) and (f/d) for lunch, and Tengen got some sushi with water. It was silent at the table until Tengen decided to break the awkwardness in the air.
"So, y/n what are you into? Any deep dark secrets?" Tengen asked.
"My deep dark secret is wanting to get pounded by," You canceled your thoughts and mentally chuckled at yourself.
"Well, I love animals, anything that has to do with them is so fascinating to me, I also like to dabble in cooking from time to time." You smiled while talking about things you were passionate about and glad someone took time out of their day to ask you.
Tengen admired you going on and on as you were quiet towards him at first, he let his thoughts slip out loud. "Y/n you really have such a beautiful smile," Tengen spoke on accident in the middle of you talking. You stopped speaking and got a sense of boldness from his accidental compliment.
"Thank you, pretty boy." You smirked at the remark you gave him and were honestly shocked at yourself for speaking to a practical stranger like that. "Oh well, I am an honest woman after all." You thought.
You guys went on to talk for a while. You learned Tengen has a LOT of siblings, you kind of envied his big family since you were an only child. You also discovered his love for music, hence why he is a music major. Tengen was the opposite of you in almost every aspect of life, but you couldn't help but feel drawn to him.
Little did you know, he felt the same way towards you.
"What is this feeling?" You thought to yourself.
You guys started to wrap up your conversation, as it was almost time for your next class since its 2:30. Before leaving the table Tengen grabbed your wrist and spoke, "Hey, y/n is it ok if I get your-"
*RING* *RING*

Tengen's words were interrupted as you quickly answered the call from your best friend.
"Y/N!! Where are you!!?" Obanai was screeching through your phone, you guys had a class together in the next 30 minutes.
"Really Nai? I was at lunch with someone, I'll meet you in the lecture hall."
"WITH WHO?!" Obanai said shocked because you liked to be alone a lot, and that's when you decided to end the call.
You turned back around to face Tengen, "Sorry, what were you about to ask me?"
"Nothing, it's fine, I hope to see you around Y/n" he lightly smiled, turned away from you, and started walking to what looked like the parking lot.
"Hmm, wonder what he wanted," you thought as you started to walk to your final class of the day.
same day, 4:oo pm
outside y/n's condo
Obanai had pulled up in front of your condo to drop you off, before you opened the passenger all way to get out, he spoke, "So ugly, are you going to tell me who the person you ate lunch with was?"
"No, since you called me ugly you can lick my left toe," you walked towards your door while flicking Obanai off.
He laughed, "she is something else, but I really wanted to tell her about Mitsuri, maybe next time." He thought to himself as he drove off back to his apartment.
As you walked into the door you were greeted with a very excited Rudy, hopping all over you forgetting how big he truly is. It was finally time to unwind from your first day of school, so you decided to run a hot shower. After getting out of the shower you change into a t-shirt and sweats to be more comfortable.
You go to prepare Rudy's food for the evening and set everything on the counter as he patiently waited outside the kitchen for his food. Once you get done you tell Rudy to sit then allow him to eat as you make your way towards the couch to turn on (f/s).
As you're watching tv, your phone gets a notification from Instagram:

You were a little shocked he found your account, but you weren't complaining about it. Before going to look at his message request, you carefully stalk his account, and accidentally liked one of his photos. You facepalmed yourself at what you just did. "Now he'll know I was lurking, dang it."

You were back reading the messages between you and Tengen and smiling like you were a lovestruck teenager, "what has gotten into me? Over a boy, I barely know!" You thought to yourself.
It was getting late, so you left the living room and went to your room to get some much-needed rest, and to mentally prepare for your "date" with Tengen tomorrow.
"Damn, I need to tell Obanai!"
