Harry sighed as he watched the clock tick. His shift was almost over, which was weird because he usually stayed here until late at night. He fixed his hat as a few inmates walked past him and waved.

He waved back politely and continued his spacing out. "Harry!" Harry jumped as Louis yelled in his ear. "What? Fuck, my ear."

"Sorry, mate, but you were spaced out. Anyway, come on, we have a new inmate we have to escort." This was the first Harry's heard of this. "What did he do?" He asked as he stood up and stretched. Louis leaned in, knowing that not everyone wanted what they did to get out. "Apparently he killed like three girls, but I don't believe it."

Harry cocked a brow as they made their way out and to the front. "Why not?"

"I've seen his case. There's no hard evidence on this guy, plus the look in his eyes." Louis shrugged. "Please, I hardly believe that." Harry rolled his eyes. "I'm serious, whatever, you'll see." Louis huffed as they made it to the front just in time.

The car pulled up and a police officer opened the back doors, he hopped off and helped the man in orange off. Harry tilted his head to the side as the man looked around, then at Harry. Harry's never seen such beautiful eyes.

"Go on, these two will show you to your cell." The police officer who brought him in said as he hopped back into the car.

"So, what's your name?" Louis asked politely, but he already knew his name. He whispered it as he looked at the ground. "I'm sorry?" The bit his lip at first. "Liam." Harry scanned him, he was fidgeting and looked like he didn't belong. "Mate looks like a scared puppy." Louis whispered to him as they stood there awkwardly.

"Those look a little too tight." Harry pointed at Liam's handcuffs. "Oh, um, yes, they are, but I was too scared to ask."

"Murdered three girls, huh?" Harry whispered to Louis as he took a step forward and unlocked the handcuffs. Liam gingerly rubbed the red circles on his wrists and refused to look up. "Alright, let's get going. I finally get to go home before the sun goes down today." Harry sighed.

Liam just nodded as he followed behind the two brunets. "The days almost over so everyone should be in their cells. So, someone will show you around tomorrow." Harry said coldly. Louis punched him in the arm. "Ow, the fuck?!"

"Dude, does Liam look like he's going to kill you?" Louis whispered. "No, but I don't know that!" He whispered back. "Then you wouldn't have taken his handcuffs off!" Louis had a point there. They walked for a little, not really talking. "Um, how long am I going to be here for?" Liam whispered.

Harry looked at Louis. "What?"

"You're the one that looked at his file." Louis sighed. "A few years."

"How much is a few years?" Liam asked as he hugged himself. Louis felt bad because he felt like he was kicking a puppy. "Um, twenty-five." Liam's eyes widened as he looked at the ground. Now it was Harry's turn to punch him.

"Ow."

"You could have just said that from the start." Harry whispered. "I'm sorry, but I didn't want to hurt him." Harry gave him a look. "He's already in here! What else could hurt him?!" Harry had a point there. They finally got to Liam's cell.

"Zayn, you got a roomie." Harry said as he opened the door. Liam pocked his head in and saw someone on the top bunk. "Cool! I've been so lonely." The black-haired man said as he hopped off. "Well, come on, if you don't come in one of them will shove you in." Zayn smiled and Liam gingerly walked in. He jumped as the door closed behind him and the footsteps faded.

"So, what's your name?"

"Um, Liam. Nice to meet you." Liam said in a small voice, not looking at him. "You don't have to be scared of me. I won't hurt ya. If anything, I'm happy you're here." Liam finally looked up and gave him a look. "I mean, I'm not alone anymore. Now that you're in prison." Zayn corrected himself. Liam finally smiled.
