Sophia's POV:
It was finally Spring break, finally a break from school. I didn't have any plans for today so I decided to stay in bed a little more time. It was 9:30 and I decided to get ready for the day just in case I do something. I went into the bathroom and shower and do all the stuff that we do in there. When I got out I went to my phone just in case I had any notifications. I saw two text messages from Frankie. They said " Babe good morning 😘 since its Spring break were going to Santa Monica Pier. Wanna come?" And the other one said "Please come with us baby 🙏🏻" I texted back " Good morning babe and yeah I'll go.😘" He texted me back what time he was picking me up and he told me squaad, Steph,Ceci, and Becky we're also going. So I did my makeup and for my hair I decided to leave it natural since my hair is wavy and we're going to the beach. I went downstairs and my parents weren't there, they had just left a note. It read " Hi sweetie I'm sorry that we couldn't talk to you before leaving but they had just called us for another business trip we don't know when we will be back maybe in a week? If you need money for anything its in the envelope next to your bed. Bye sweetie take care call us if you need anything." Wow they left me again, I'm tired of them always leaving me and we never get to spend time together. Well atleast I have my friends and Frankie.
It was time and they were gonna come so I went upstairs to get my bag so I could wait outside. Right when I was exiting the house they came. I said hi to everyone and then we left. I sat in between Steph and Ceci and Frankie was in the passenger seat like always, he always likes the passenger seat. We got to the beach and we walked around for a while. We took so many pictures and videos. Specially Kelvin and Nate they were being so funny that we had to record them, these are the memories I want to have. Atleast with my friends because I can't have memorable moments with my family. I got a little hurt just by thinking of that.
Frankie came by my side and told me "Are you okay? You seem a little down" I tried smiling and nodded. I wasn't gonna ruin this moment. I mean everyone is so happy I don't want to make them feel bad for me.
