"Hailey! Have you seen this new Facebook account? Everyone is talking about it," Bella shouts.
"Oh my God, of course, I've seen it! Who do you think is behind it?"
"I don't know, but I've always thought that Shelby girl is a bit fruity," Bella replies.
"For real though," Hailey says.
The conversation ends as the students hear the bell ring. Teenagers slam their lockers shut and scurry off to class, waiting for the 3:00 bell so that they can check the Facebook account. Everyone needs to see the latest post. It's an addiction.
Bella and Hailey are sitting in AP Calculus. It's the last class of the day, and the girls are too into their phones to care. They are secretly snapping each other. The teacher doesn't notice. Or maybe she just doesn't care.
"I've noticed that Shelby doesn't technically have a best friend; she is kind of a loner. So it can't be her," Hailey types.
"I see Rebecca and Samantha together lot. They're pretty close," Bella replies
"That is so true. If the writer is either Rebecca or Sam, who do you think it would be?"
"I don't know. Maybe Sam? Her outfits relinquish gay vibes.
"Fair point."
All of the sudden, students are standing up and packing their bags. The bell rang. The teenagers shuffle out of class before the teacher can say 'class dismissed.'
