TW'S!!: brief mention of abuse, murder, foster care, and foster homes, LANGUAGE.
Dreams POV
I wake up in a room I am not familiar with, the walls are a forest green, and the floors are a nice smooth wood. Boxes scattered everywhere, posters hung on the wall.
My tired body rolls out of bed, my shirt riding up my belly. As I walk to the connected bathroom, I rub my eyes, and pull my shirt down.
I decide to take a nice, hot steamy shower. I grab a towel off the rack, and start the shower. As I waited for the water to warm up I grabbed a change of clothes.
I wanted to make myself presentable for the first day, not only because it's a new school, but because I want to make friends and not be lonely.
~~~
Soon after my shower, I head downstairs. My mom has already left for her new job. Which meant I had to drive.
I grabbed something quick to eat, chowing it down. I threw my shoes on, grabbed my backpack, keys, and phone, and ran out the door.
I still had to find the school, it's so easy to forget the route. I sat in the driver's side of the car, and slid my backpack in the passengers side.
I started my car, pulling out my phone. I typed in the address of the school, and drove off. I had ear blasting music on to keep me awake.
~~~
I slide out of the driver's side, slinging my backpack on my shoulder. My damp hair made me get the chills. I slowly walk to the doors of the school. As soon as I reach them, I take a deep breath. I pulled them open and walked to what was supposed to be the office.
Which thank the lords it was. The assistant principal handed me my schedule, which I had the same exact one with at least one kid. And that was the kid showing me around the school. I was scared, I didn't know how to react.
"Ok, Clay, I'm just going to have you wait for this person to show up, let's hope they are coming today." The lady smiled at me, and pointed to a seat I could sit in.
I took the offer and sat in the chair. It was surprisingly uncomfortable. It had been about five minutes later until a handsome boy walked in, out of breath.
~~3rd person POV~~
George ran through the halls, to the office. Was he late? He opened the door out of breath. "Sorry miss, I woke up a bit later than usual." His British accent took over, leaving dream slightly amazed.
"It's ok George, our new student is right behind you if you would like to meet him" the lady pointed towards Clay, and smiled. That's when George turned around.
Clay finally got a good look at his face. His brown, fluffy locks, his slim, tiny body. His coffee colored eye, and his blue ice colored one. How can one boy be so perfect, Clay thought as he was getting mesmerized by the boys looks.
"Hi, I'm George" George put out his hand, smiling brightly. George was also stunned by the blondes looks. He had blonde locks, bright green emerald eyes, a masculine, stiff body. And freckles that looked like stars scattering his face.
"Hi, I'm Clay" Clay smiled back, taking the smaller hand in his. It was soft and smooth, he slightly shook his hand. A few seconds after, both boys pulled away, a blush scattering both their faces.
Clay started looking at the Burnett's eyes. He realized the blue one was more white than blue? Why? He didn't know?
George took notice of this, and covered his eyes with some loose hair. 'Why was he covering it?' Dream thought.
A blonde haired girl, with blue eyes walked in. "Hi George" she waved like crazy.
"Oh, hey, Ansley." George spoke with a smile plastered on his face.
she went over to George and wrapped her arm around his. He took his attention away from Clay, and onto her. "Can you help me study, I need someone to help me. And your smart, popular, cute..." She spoke while tracing her hand up Georges arm.
George grasped his arm out of her grip. "Sorry, Ansley, I can't help you study. I have my own things to do. Go ask Jordan or something, i'm sure he will help you." George then motioned for Clay to get up. To which he did.
The door opened and we both walked out, Leaving the girl mad and confused. George just shook his head in annoyance. "what was that about?" Clay asked looking back at where Ansley was.
"She thinks I like her, but I obviously don't" George scoffed
"She seems like a nice girl?"
"The hell she is, don't let her fool you"
"What's so wrong about that?"
"She's a player, trust me she's a bitch"
"Those are some harsh words"
"No shit sherlock, she's been trying to get with me for like a year, while playing with other dudes. Now time to show you around."
George started to show Clay each of his classes. The school was pretty big. And people were waving to George every second.
George just put on a fake smile, and waved back. Nobody really knew George's home life, he seemed like the perfect kid. But he wasn't, he was far from it.
Moving from house to house, with new people every time. Nobody wanted him as a foster child. They didn't like him cause of his past, they thought he would end up like them...
But George is far from it, he's kind, caring, gentle, and big hearted. If only people treated him better. Maybe they would understand.
He hated the people he lives with now. He's getting abused and hurt. It's an abusive household.
The reason he's a foster child is because of his mom. She was a mass murderer, she would kill innocent people and blame it on suicide if she was apart of the "solving" (She was like a detective type of person, idk)
She would constantly come home drunk and high, taking her anger out on poor George. Until she got caught, and was sent to prison for life. Which George had no other family he could live with. So the last choice was foster care.
And his eye.. oh his poor eye. He can't see out of the white eye anymore, plus he's a colorblind mess. The reason why, you ask? That's for another time.
He had to show the new kid around, and get to class.
The rest of the time George showed Clay around the school. He also told him the good and bad people so he could watch out for them.
George had told him that his friends were nice. And that he could sit with them at lunch. And he surprisingly took the offer.
Now it was time to go through 4 hours of hell while waiting to go to lunch. George was desperate, now he liked Clay, oh boy.
