TW'S: Mentions of abuse, language, mentions of murder (mostly at the end)

I DID NOT PROOF READ!

3rd person POV

George finally calmed down from all the harsh crying, he wiped the salty liquid off his face with his sleeve. He saw that everybody in the room was staring at him, even Clay's little sister that just got home from a long week with her dad, for a business trip.

"Mom, what's going on?" Drista asked in complete shock, she didn't understand what her mom did. She stared at George, then to her mom, and back at George.

"Well I thought it would be good of me to add another member into the house, also you guys  need someone to talk to and be comfortable with. I know we just moved in here and stuff, but George here really needed a family also." Grace spoke, giving George a sweet smile.

Drista nodded, understanding that George needed a good family. She didn't know the reason but she was going to be supportive of it. "Hi George, nice to meet you, I'm Drista. Clay's little sister." She gave him a sweet smile, heading to the couch to sit down.

George was obviously confused. Out of all people why did it have to be Clay's house. And out of all people why did it have to be him. George just spaced out and huddled into the closest corner. And Clay just went and sat with his sister.

Cheryl got up from the couch and went to George, she leaned down and whispered
"Get the hell up, do not be rude to these people, understand?" Cheryl grabbed George's arm tight and made him stand up, she just turned around and smiled like nothing even happened. She pulled George to and empty couch and sat him down.

George was pissed, he really didn't want to deal with her right now. So he got up, and walked out of the front door to get some air.
"I'm so sorry about him, I'll go talk to him right now." Cheryl got right back off the couch and went out the door to find George.
Little did she know the window was wide open and they could hear everything she said.

"What the hell is your problem George, I brought you here to have a nice home and you shut it down. I have known you for so long and you have never acted this ungrateful. So what is it that's wrong?" Cheryl yelled.

"My problem is you! You never told me anything about what you were doing! You never asked me if I wanted to see my dad! You never listen to my story and I'm sick of acting like I care about family. I.Don't.Care!"

"You better start caring! I didn't help you find a good family for nothing! I want to help you through all your problems. But you shut me out like I'm a nobody, so start caring George."

George was angry, he wanted to scream and throw everything in his sight. But if he did, it wouldn't help the situation.

"I never shut you out!"

"But you did George you did, when you first came here you were so open about everything. Now when it's time to talk about your mom or dad you simply shut it down."

"Do not bring my parents into this!" George's face was filled with anger, he wanted to scream as loud as he could. But he was to scared he'd get hurt if he did.

"Whatever, get in there and be nice to your new parents." Cheryl pushed George to the door and opened it. George just walked in with a smile on his face obviously pissed off.

Everybody just smiled like they never heard anything. He was pushed to the same empty couch, he crossed his arms and just sat there. "I'm so sorry everyone, we just had a little talk. But everything's alright now, right George?" She gave him a look that said.

"Don't say anything about the conversation" he just nodded and replied with a short "yes"

Clay just looked at George, he didn't know what to say to him. What George was going through must be tough, and he didn't want to say anything bad or triggering to him. So he just sat there, quiet.
