The next week flew by, it was the last leg of the tour for Drake, and essentially for me as well. We had one more week to go then we were parting ways with Hanson in California. We had just checked in to a hotel, in the wee hours of the night, in Tulsa where we were doing two shows the following two days.

"What do you think about doing two songs instead of just one?" Drake asked, as we were laying in bed.

"Are you sure?" I asked. "You only get so long out there as it is."

"Yeah," he said. "I figure we could do 'Imagine' since we kill that song. And one of mine."

"Which one?" I asked, curiously. I had become very familiar with his music over the last two weeks.

"Hmm," he thought for a minute. "What about 'Telegraph?'"

"Oh no," I said, immediately. "You sing that so perfectly by yourself. I'm not touching that one."

He laughed, "Okay, how about 'Samantha?'"

"We'll see at rehearsals tomorrow," I said. "I'm not sure if I can sing one of your songs. Your fans would probably kill me."

"Nah," he said, smiling. He leaned over and kissed me "They're already raving about you all over Twitter."

"Really?" I asked, curiously.

"Yep," he said. "They all wanna know who you are and where they can find more songs from you."

"Wow," I said, shocked. "I couldn't have done any of this without you. I wouldn't have done any of this without you."

"Just don't forget about me when you become big and famous," he teased.

"Yeah right," I scoffed.

"I mean it," he said, and kissed me again. "Now a little more fun before bed?"

"Mmmhmm," I agreed, and kissed him back harder.

I woke up the next day, to find the bed empty, in fact the room was empty.

"Hmmm," I pondered. I threw some jeans on and a light jacket, grabbed my smokes, my phone, and the room key and headed out to go have a cigarette.

When I got outside I texted Drake to see where he was at.

"At the venue already," he texted back. "Sorry. Had to take care of a few things. I'll be back in a bit to get you."

"Oh okay," I responded. "Just hoping you didn't forget about me."

"Never," he texted back with a winky face.

I sent him back a smiley face, finished my cigarette and headed back up to the room.

I showered and got ready, then sat on the bed and turned the TV on while I waited.

An hour passed and Drake still didn't show up.

I kept checking my phone but he never texted me.

I waited another hour before I texted him.

"Where are you?"

"I'm here! I'm here," he said, coming in the door all of a sudden. "Sorry it took me so long. People are just ridiculous."

"I was getting worried," I admitted.

He pulled me up off the bed and put his arms around my waist, "I'm sorry. Can you forgive me?"

I smiled, "Yes I suppose."
