Needless Hero or threat

Prologue

The world was on the verge of another total world war. Tensions were high till one uneventful day changed all that. Japan was once more stuck with a tragedy it wished to never once again encounter. The land was devastated from where the bomb exploded. If one were to look at the location at night either from a tall view or by satellite, all one would see would be total darkness. Giving the area the name Black Spot.

Either by the sadness of having such an event happen again to them or the lack of funds to recover the land, the area was abandoned. Uncaring for the citizens in the area to had their lives ruined by an unknown killer. No nation, organization, or individual claimed the attack, nor was the world told of the purpose.

Men, women, and children alike were dying as the world abandoned them. To pretend that such events were happening, Japan erected walls to seal the Black Spot.

These dregs would have slowly but assuredly perished had the appearance of a single man never happened. This man walked across the Black Spot, giving aid to those that needed it with mysterious powers. Water would be summoned as if he willed it, plants grew from where he spoke, the sick would be cured by a simple touch. His name was never known, but the people dubbed him The Second.

The people thrived from this man's generosity, but as quickly as he appeared he vanished. From his disappearance, some people of the Black Spot would gain powers which would be later known as Fragments. As these power holders would have fragments of the power that the Second once held. But as all power does, it corrupted those people.

The holder of fragments would be known as Needless.

Just as the world had abandoned them, all laws are ignored but one, survival of the fittest.

Those brave or foolish enough to enter were organizations that found the lawless area to be beneficial. Those being military or pharmaceutical organization. The perfect area for illegal experimentation to take place, such as, human experimentation. Or the creation of weapons designed to eliminate super human threats. Their primary goal of the pharmaceutical was to find a way to create immortality or become gods with powers.

One group ran supreme, the Simon Corporation. They ate from both tables. but after a battle with certain group of Needlesses they were forced to disband.

it was at this time that Quirks began to arise around the world. Quriks are weaker than their predessesors. Thus it was easier to deal with an individual with a quirk than a Needless. For an easy comparson, if you placed a flame based quirk and fragment individuals next to each other their power output would be plain to see. An untrained flame quirk could make conger up a fire ball the size of their fist and may or may not throw it far but an untrained fragment could create a fireball as tall as they were and toss it a block away.

A flame fragment was immune to flames weaker than their own while a flame quirk is only tolerant to high heats. Fragment don't lower one's stamina though there are a few fragment that do but those are rare. A qurik drains one of their stamina. Quirks could get stronger with training but a Fragment can not.

Fragments can control abstract concepts of the world quirks can not. Fragment might not work if one doesn't know the concept behind their powers.

So it was more of a proirty for the japanese goverment to confine Needless. So japan was taken over by an evil and intelegent individual. But as time went on the government regained its power and organized itself and its poeple.

A new profession arised Heroes and Villians.

It was during this confusion of he goverment reorganization a company absorbed the dregs of the Simon Company, The Yaoyorozu Conglomerate. They used the information to develop gear for heroes and live saving devices. But that was what was shown to the public. The Yoayorozu Conglomerate contiued the research in creaing immortality and a god. The group had even taken over the Black Spot. Hiding such heinous acts the Yoayoruzus would give supplies to the people of Black Spot. They would even hire particular heroes to eliminate or hunt down Needless and press alike.
