Yuri(POV)

I had just finished math class and I had so much homework from every. single. class. its insane! I walked down the endless hallway to my locker. I set down the cold books on the cold floor and reached over to put in my locker code. 

3372890 *click* unlocked. I reached in and grabbed my math, LA, and social studies. I reached to the top of my locker to grab my pencil case, "Almost there....I...AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" I screamed as I fell I had tripped on one of my loose papers.

I fell to the group with a loud thump, papers went flying everywhere and I say they're on the floor helpless. A paper landed on my head I snatched it and looked. 

"Great, my math text, at least I got a 100%." I thought silently to myself. I gathered up my things and headed to the spare classroom in the east wing of the school. 

As I walked by a saw students kissing and hugging their partner, lucky. 

I had finally made it to the classroom I opened the sliding door placed my stuff down at a desk and started on my LA homework. It was harder than I thought. 

TIME SKIP(4 PM AN HOUR LATER)

Yuri(POV)

I broke down into tears I had finished my LA and was now doing my math homework I struggle in math so this is really hard for me to do. I covered my face with my hands and silently cried.

My tears were falling down staining the paper. I heard someone's footsteps approaching the door. The handle started to turn. Is it a teacher? Or a student? My mind raced, I was scared.

When the door opened I noticed it was just Monika. Thank God! 

Monika(POV)

I came to the spare classroom to find my poems for the next Literature Club meeting when I noticed Yuri was here as well. She looked as if she had been crying. I wonder what's wrong...

"Hello, Monika" Yuri smiled sweetly at me, I blushed. "Oh Hi, Yuri, what are you doing here so late?" I giggled and smiled at her. Suddenly Yuri broke down into tears and covered her face I ran over to her and looked at her desk. 

Oh, it's math homework.

I had totally forgotten Yuri struggles in math, how stupid of me! I pulled up a chair and sat down beside her. "Yuri, let me help you with your math homework, it seems it's giving you some stress." I smiled at her and reached for her pen.

Yuri stopped and stared at me, I was confused. Yuri reached over to me grabbed my hand and squeezed it tight. I can't explain what feelings were going through my body at the moment.

Happiness, Joy, Excitement, Jolly, and overall just happiness. I wish the moment could have lasted forever. Yuri spoke up and said, "No one ever wanted to help me before, thank you... Monika.." Yuri smiled at me.

"Alright, let's start that homework!" I grinned.
