"Open the door!" Ash screamed.
I pulled myself off the couch and headed for the front door.
"Y'all reek of weed." Ash rolled his eyes.
"Why is little man here anyways?" I looked up at fezco.
"Cause I don't trust him home alone and you guys are high as fuck and I don't want y'all doing dumb shit." He pushed pass me heading for the couch.
"word." I didn't listen to anything he just said.
"You know you don't have to babysit us right?"
"nah I do"
"awwwee does Fezco care about us?" I said sitting down next to him on the couch.
"you know I do man, plus rue is dumb as fuck when she's high and that scares me."
"Ay that isn't very nice." I heard rue from the other couch.
My eyes started to get really tired.
I put my feet at the end of the couch and laid my head on fezcos lap.
"And now I'm stuck here." he said looking down at me. "Y'all are a pain in my ass."
"I love you too fez," I said drifting off into sleep.
Fezco
I looked down at the girl laying in my lap.
She was my best friend.
But looking at her as she lay there peacefully it made me see her a different way.
The way the light lit up her face and the way her dark brown hair matched perfectly with her pretty brown eyes.
She was beautiful.
"Whatchu staring at fez?" Ash scared me.
"Jesus Christ man," I looked over to the side.
He had this stupid smirk plastered on his face.
"you got a staring problem or something?"
"Shut the fuck up ash. Go into one of the guest rooms we're staying the night. I don't want to leave these two alone."
Ash went upstairs and I heard the door to the guest room shut.
I carried Magnolia upstairs and set her in her bed laying the covers on top of her.
I then went back downstairs to get rue and put her in the other guest room throwing the covers over her.
Making my way back to the living room I turned off all the lights and laid down on the couch going to bed.
