You couldn't believe him.

First, he had left you with tears running down your face and a broken heart. The audacity of this bitch!

Second, he decided to break your heart even more by flirting with Sigyn, the beautiful Goddess of Victory. She had flowing, auburn curls and kind, ocean blue eyes. Her beautiful, tanned skin was flawless, and every aspect of her was so charmingly soft that it would make some jealous and make some lovestruck. Sure, she was one of the few short Goddesses, being only 5'6, but her kind, soothing qualities and looks made up for it.

Usually, you and Sygin were fine with each other. Friends, even. It was hard not to be, as she was so kind and didn't brag at all (even though she had plenty to boast about). But as you caught her giggling and chatting with Loki across the garden, and upon seeing the smirk that toyed with Loki's lips and the amusement flashing in his emerald hues, you went wild. As she flashed you a warm smile when she saw you staring at them, you had glared at her, rolled her eyes and stormed out of the gardens. Your burning temper and jealousy had gotten the best of you. You'd apologize to Sygin later.

That was an hour ago. Deciding some space between Loki was best for right now, you tried hunting down Sygin, the Goddess of Victory, to say sorry and get back on good terms with her. You really felt terrible about it all. She was a good friend, a good person.

Finally, you found her at the horse stables, petting a brownish tan horse the color of her skin. The sun had started to set, causing bright splashes of orange and pink to cover the purplish sky. The sun hung from the sky like a golden coin, bathing everything in its path in it's yellow rays of sunshine. A chill became to settle in, and you pulled your robes closer around you as you approach the Goddess of Victory.

"Hello." She looked up when you greeted her, and relief coursed through you when she gave a bright smile back.

"Hi!"

You awkwardly shifted your feet on the hay, your eyes flicking between the muscular stallion and the blue eyed beauty. You decided on looking down at your feet. "I'd like to apologize earlier when I glared at you and rolled my-"

"Don't." You looked up.

"I beg your pardon?"

Sygin sighed, brushing a few curls from her dark face. "It's alright. I know you fancy him."

Your breathing stopped for a second, in shock of what she said. You prayed that your cheeks wouldn't flushed with color, but your body betrayed you.

"W-what?" You asked shakily.

Clicking her tongue against the top of her mouth in an irritated tssk, the Goddess of Victory approached you carefully.

"Y/N, I know you like him. And not exactly as a friend," Sygin began, her ocean hues sparkling knowingly. "It's obvious, for me, at least. I understand that you two used to be very good friends, yes?"

You gulped and nodded, not wanting to cry at that same word again. Used to be.

"Hey, look. I don't know what's going on between you two, but he's the one being a biglesnipe, correct?" She continued softly.

You nodded again.

Sygin nodded along, auburn curls bouncing as she did so. "I'm no Heimdall, but I can see that he cares for you deeply. There's something bothering him, and that's what is causing him to act like an idiot. You need to find out. Oh, and by the way, darling, please know that I wasn't necessarily flirting with Loki. I don't like him like that. Sorry if it came across that way. He's all yours," she explained, smirking.
