Meanwhile, at home the same kind of thing was happening to me (outfit 64) and I had no idea why. I was lucky however because I was unnaturally sick that we didn't happen to have school today, I mean its the weekend after all. Here I was in my shared room, turning to goop wondering how this was possible, especially after A) I'm not a clone, and B) my father fixed me, so I shouldn't be glitching out, like how this happened from what seems like forever ago now.
I was glad my parents were away for the day, but Danny had decided that since I'd been coughing and sneezing all night the night before and I didn't feel good, that he'd let me rest, and he'd gone with the gang to go out and do something, but when Jack saw I wasn't there, he was worried. Jazz was home with me, so it's not like there wasn't anyone not with me taking care of me, but as parts of turned to goop and I had to use my "working" powers to make them stop, at least for a little bit, there wasn't exactly anything she could do to help me.
The only reason I even got dressed today, was because Jack called me and said he was flying over to the house to take care of me. I wanted to tell him no that I was fine, but before I could he texted back, and don't try to tell me you're fine, because if you're not with the gang you're not, and Danny says your sick anyways, so :P as I read the text like as if Jack could read my mind, I groaned and pulled a pillow onto my face.
I got up out of bed, and zapped on the above outfit, when there was a knock at my door. I really wanted to just get up and go to the market place down the street, but if Jack was here he'd never let me out of his sight, and would probably track me down if I had left a clone in my place. So as I rolled my eyes I called come in, in the most natural not sick sounding voice I could manage.
Hey little sister, Jazz called poking her head into the room. Hi. There's someone here to.... Yeah, *sigh* I know Jack said he was coming over to take care of me. Sorry I can't be any help. It's fine, Jack can't really help me much either, I'm not that kind of sick. Yes you are I heard a male voice call from behind her. If you're here then get in here, but don't linger in the doorway its rude.
Jazz shoved Jack into the room, told us to have fun, and slammed the door behind her, making my ears ring. Jack, I'm not that kind of sick. Danny said you were up coughing and sneezing all night last night, of course you are. There's something else. What do you mean? Look at me, closely, do you see something off about me? You're like melting. Exactly. But I shouldn't be (because of above reasons) I'm sorry.
Jack why are you here? I told you I'm here to take care of you. Jack I'm letting you know right now if you don't just take me to the market place, I'll leave behind your back. At least your honest. Fine lets go. I transformed and we opened the window and left, then went to the sidewalk and I transformed back. We were now in the same area that Dani would be in.
Wait for me right here, I'm gonna go pick up some stuff. What if something bad happens to you? Like what? Your dad, or hunters, or.... Ok well ghosts won't hurt me, and hunters can't find me if I'm not in my ghost form. You sound like Danny, don't smother me Jackson I know what I'm doing. Ok, but if something does happen.... You'll be right here where I can find you, or I'll text you.
Meanwhile in the mayor office, he was using his perks as being mayor to find Dani and spy on us, he knew of my problem, and he wanted Dani to come back to him, and he was gonna seem like he was being a good dad by trying to fix me, but there was no way I was letting him touch me. And the only way he was ever gonna get us, was if Valerie played bounty hunter, and kidnapped us and brought us to him.
By lying to her and telling her that he wanted her to capture Faith and Dani Phantom because we'd in some way been cruel to him, but it was the other way around, but that's my dad for ya. Val fell for it and would be coming after us, luckily we were all in the same area, right for the picking, and if I was gone, Danny would have to come looking for me, but it would later turn out that we'd be bait for Danny, however I'm getting just slightly ahead of myself.
