Chapter 5

Three hours later, the Agency members were mostly done doing their researches, only Atsushi, Kenji and Kyouka were still busy.

Yosano and Ranpo were sitting in the common area together with Kunikida and the president. They had all finished their works and were simply waiting up on the three youngsters to finish as well. Not sharing any of the new resolved content in order to do it organized wit everyone later on.

"So, we know, that this Sawako Ariyoshi worked together with the demon prodigy and was together with him better than the demon prodigy was with it's other partner, right?" Ranpo said. At the mentioning of demon prodigy and Ranpos reference of him with 'it', Fukuzawa flinched slightly, knowing a little more than the rest of them.

"Dang, if only we could find out who this demon prodigy is. Kyouka doesn't know who he is, or she doesn't want to speak the name. But she also said Akutagawa had been trained by it/him/her/them or whatever that so called demon prodigy is. Then again we can't just ask him. ANd I don't believe Mori would let the name of such an importent member out." Ranpo continued on, unaware of the chaos inside the presidents head. Kunikida and Yosano didn't seem to notice either, as they were busy listening to Ranpo.

"Well, I guess we can assume that this demon prodigy is dead, no member with such a record and reptation coud live anywhere else without being caught nor do I believe someone of such high rank would simply leave. A ability user probably. ... Just like the red dragon. We need to know how powerful or who in general the other half of double was. If we know that, we can determine how strong her ability is." Ranpo went on and on talking about theories from here and there, though never really coming to like any, no matter how much sense they seem to make.

Fukuzawa had stopped listening after a while. He had known, who the demon prodigy, Sawako Ariyoshi, and the other half of double black was. As well as how Dazai played into all that. Mori had been a littler more cooperative than he had expected. He had almost willingly given every detail he knew to most answers exept for one. 'What do you know about TB300KC?' To this question he had stayed completely silent.

Finally after some time, Atsushi appeared informing them, that they had finished their part of the work. So, everyone made their way into the main office. Where each member sat down in the conference room.

"Please report what you have gained, Kunikida, please begin." Fukuzawa stated.

"Sir, I am sorry to say, I have not gotten much information, however I did get something on double black. There have been some files on them there. One told about a mass distruction and 134 casualties, apparently 31 of them were police men and government agents. The rest of the bodies are claimed to be civillians who, which was discovered later on, were all part of different legal and illegal organizations. All other files were similar, I was told, that at lest one of them must be capable of mass distruction. Apparently experts say it has to do with gravity manipulation. Therefore my best guess of the other haf of double black is the current port mafia executive Chuuya Nakahara. And that would be all relevant information out of this. ... Oh and also, there were files on Sawako Ariyoshi, however they were blocked and there were also files on the demon prodigy and Dazai, however for some strange reason both were completely empty, not even a date of birth."

"Thank you for your work, next Kenji, Atsushi and Kyouka, what did you find?" Fukuzawa ssaid after scribbling down the Information Kunikida had given them.

"Well sir, from our research, we could discover, that until four years ago, each unsolved mission, was in connection to the demon prodigy, it almost seemed like this prodigy used strategies without using strategies. There were many with your and Ranpos signatures saying this case is unsolvable due to unsesable planning and unlogical steps in a very logical plan. We found some appearance descriptions, apparently one of them was rather small, looked good fed, muscular with read or orange hair, the other one was rather tall, skinny and fragile looking with dark brown hair.There was no further detail about any of them. And Dazai didn't appear in any file until two years ago, then the first file we found was of a mission he accomplished and a report he had written and signed himself." Atsushi reported. Fukuzawa took notes.

"Yosano, please you go next."

"alright, then I must say, I'm sorry to report this, but despite working him up for two hours, he kept claiming not to know anything. He had been as agent in the mafia for a long time, he had been intelligence officer, every import information had had to go through him, he must have known who the demon prodigy was and I'm pretty sure he does, however he'S refusing to speak."

"Ranpo."Fukuzawa said.

"Well sir, just like Kunikida said, all files on the demon prodigy and Dazai Osamu were blank, as if they had only been made for appearances, without anything inside. Though one of the workers told me, that a couple of years ago, the file Dazai Osamu did not exist and the file of the demon prodigy was filled, though he did not remember any content, he remembered the picture vividly, brown hair, ice cold, red, almost glowing eyes and one eye bandaged, apparently very young looking, not older than sixteen and slim, other characteristics he could not recall." Ranpo paused, obviously not done, but giving his boss the time to write all information down.

"Sawako Ariyoshi however seems to be a huge deal there. She is appearantly the heir to the Ariyoshi clan, which is one of, no THE most influencing clan in the entire world. This clan has been in control of governments and legal and illegal organizations around the world for centuries. Apparently the main and side line train their children into perfect weappons, hand them to one of their organizations for supervision, turn them into killers, machines and warriors in Order to keep control. I was talking to a high ranked member in japans government at this point. He said, that apparenlty their family has caused and prevented fifty seven wars in the last twenty years. They have complete control over all of America, most asian countries, Nigeria, Kenya, south africa, egypt, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, the united kingdom and Germany. They know everything important that happens anywhere around the world.

And Sawako just so happens to be the oldest daughter to the main line, with one by now dead sister. The only other surviving member is apparently her step brother, around 3 years younger cousin Shuji Tsushima, the side line is named Tsushima, in order to keep cover and not lose trak of who the main line is. Shuji Tsushima is the most talented child of the side line, brown hair, dark red eyes, dark brown hair, last reports on him have however been 8 years ago and his last sign of existance 7 years ago, just around the same time as the demon prodigy appeared. He was not put as missing, nor as dead and if he were to be dead, they would know, so they just needed him to dissapear. Though sadly I could not receive a picture due to privacy matters. The clan is the number one of abilities, each one of their members is an anti gifted. Anti gifted are just like gifted people, just their abilities are mostly useful against ability users. As for TB300KC, is somehow connected to Dukado's distruction near Sendai."

"Very well, Fukuzawa said, after taking a deep breath. "Then I suppose it's my turn to tell you what Mori told me. ..." He paused to collect himself. "The Demon prodigy was Chuuya Nakaharas partner, his appearance was as following. Dark brown hair, skinny, dark red eyes, one eye covered in bandages, dressed in mostly black, cold and emotionless facial features, around 5,8 feet. Originally following the name Shuji Tsushima but decided to change it when he had joined the mafia

Mission TB300KC was an order from an outside partner to destroy Dukado (a city I made up for this fanfiction) With all civillians inside. The City was burned town. The name TB300KC comes from 'Town Burn 300 Killed Civilianys' signed by the red dragon and the demon prodigy. ..." Fukuzawa paused once again, preparing himself for what he was about to say. "The demon prodigy, .... a ... nullifyer -" gasps of realization were heard, but the president continued on anyways.
"-who, after joining the mafia followed the name Osamu Dazai, by now, according to Mori, a Port mafia Traitor, step brother of Sawako Ariyoshi, son of the former mafia leader Touson Shimazaki, and now member of the armed detective agency."

The entire office was silent
