As a witch, you can conjure, make potions and cast spells in Latin. Yes you speak fluent Latin. You don't need a wand, but for the spells not to go wrong you need a small sacrifice. You cut the palm of your hand.
Thanks to the siren part of you, it heals fast. You can as a sea siren controll water like a water bender. You can hypnotise people by singing a special song. Your mom and brother can do that as well. You can also foresee the future, which is rare.
When you use your witch powers, the only change in appearance is your eyes as they start to glow and a single withe strand in the front Part of your hair.
When you transform as a siren you are a bird woman. You get taloons and sharp teeth, tiny soft feathers covering some parts of your body, small feathered wings on your back, yes you can fly. We follow greek mythology, but as a sea siren, when you're body is fully covered by water, you look like what we call a mermaid with withe hair.
Bird on land fish in water, but that is only when you use your powers, so when you don't use your powers you can be in the water like any normal person.
