"Ok well, I'm ready and so is Ruby so Kayla hurry up and find something to wear. The guys are gonna be here any minute with the drinks." She picks up a light pink one shoulder dress that would be tight on her, but in a cute way. "Ugh fine I guess I'll just wear this" she runs off to the bathroom to change while Ruby lays down and starts going through her phone. "So where's your mom tonight?" she asks. "I don't know, probably with her boyfriend of the week or something. She hasn't been home in like 3 days." I pick up some clear lipgloss and start applying it. "Aww I'm sorry girl" Ruby puts her phone down and gives me a concerned look and I appreciate her for showing me she cares. "Don't be, more freedom for me." Kayla walks out of the bathroom pulling the dress down and blushing. "This dress is so not me" she complains. We laugh at kayla's close minded self. "Stop stretching my dress out, your the one who came over saying you had nothing to wear, and plus just imagine the look on Grant's face when he see's you in that." I say reffering to her boyfriend. "I guess your right." She smiles walking over to the mirror to start on her makeup and hair. After another hour of getting ready, and hanging out in my room we hear cars pulling up to the driveway. I look out the window to see Devon (Ruby's boyfriend) Grant, and Tony all pulling up in their own cars. I notice that   Tony brought two giant speakers in the back of his truck. "Hell yeah, the boys are here, ladies it's party time." Ruby gets up and starts fist pumping while we just laugh at her and walk out to help the guys with the stuff. This was gonna be an unforgettable night.

Chapter 2: Ruby 

This party was ALIVE! There were people everywhere, people dancing while the music was loud, drinks were flowing, and you could smell weed in the air.
