She's crying again.
It seems like she never stopped.
The first time she cried,
She was on the phone with him.
As usual there were yelling and cursing.
It grew louder and louder,
With each word she spoke.
She screamed.
Her phone hit the wall.
She laughed,
And laughed.
And laughed some more.
As the tears blind her on its way down,
She choked on the screams
She tried to silence.
So,
She screamed.
Her head hit the wall.
Now I move from the darkest corner
Quickly wrapping my arms around her
And as usual she buries her head in my neck;
Silencing her sobs
I long for the day I can see her smile again,
I long for the day she lets him go,
I long for the day she knows her worth,
I long for the day she loves herself.
And though it will be my last day with her
It will be worth it.
But until then
I'll be here
With my arms around her
