First of all. This story will only include the first 6 gens so from Kanto to Kalos. This is because they would be too many characters to handle. Also team skull and team yell don't really work in this story. While I have plans for the other evil teams.

prof elm - maths
prof birch - geography
prof rowan - science
prof juniper - pokemon history
prof sycamore - evolution/mega evolution in pokemon
Since this is a pokemon world the students can pick to study two types. e.g fire or steel.
third of all, challenges.
In the school students has a school badge they must always carry. They can use this to challenge others.
They give their badge to the opponent to initiate the battle and the challenged can either accept or decline. The challenged gets to decide how many pokemon they use, the location of the battle and how many points they are betting for.
The loser has to pay the winner points and the challenged gives back the badge to the challenger .
fourth of all , points
In arkoosum academy the students have points. They can spend nearly everywhere on campus. E.g The cafeteria, the shops around the school.
