"Lucas! Welcome back to New Jersey. What you doing here?" Josh asked greeting his best friend.
"Oh you know just having fun while summer lasts. And thought I might come and see what's going on with this supposedly new girl which you got to sing," Lucas said.
"Okay then," Josh said as he saw how Maya and Riley walked in.
"And here she is. Riley, I was wondering when I was going to see you. How are you?" Josh asked hugging his niece.
"I'm doing good. It's nice to see you. And to finally see the place itself," Riley said as Maya smiled.
"This is Lucas Friar. My niece, Riley Matthews, and our new singer, Maya Hart. How do you girls know each other?" Josh asked.
"Went to school together," Riley said.
"Well, whenever you're ready you can go and do sound check," Josh said.
"Thank you," Maya said as she went up on the stage.
She exhaled as she saw how Riley and Lucas sat down next to each other amazed that Riley was staying calm due to her reaction to him. She had played the music as she smiled and started to sing.

Josh had looked at the young girl who had sung from the bottom of her heart as he looked shocked at his niece.
"Definitely the right decision. Wow she's amazing," Josh said.
