Okay just so we are perfectly clear Izuku is from the DC dimension in this fanfiction. He is a master strategist along with he knows how to use every weapon on Earth and he knows every form of martial arts. (also he's 20 in the fanfiction)
Izuku originally wanted to be a hero but when his bullies break into his house and accidentally kill his mother and get off scot-free because they're lawyers that pushes him over the edge he finds all of his bullies and slaughters them up without mercy or regret. He gets captured by Batman and sent to A place where they put you in a hole and then throw away the hole
That's where he meets Amanda Waller who has a job for him he joins up with her suicide squad earn time off his sentence.
alright I just so that we're all in understanding I'm first gonna start off with the suicide movie the one with the enchantress as the villain..... well the pure evil villain then after that I'm going to go into the comic books also maybe the animated films as well
And now for the moment you've probably all been waiting for the harem:
Harley Quinn obviously you can't have the suicide squad without Harley Quinn

Black fire i'm pretty sure you know who she is she's StarFire's sister she's not an official member of the suicide squad but I kind of thought to myself she would make a good fit
LiveWire figured the team could use another wildcard other than Harley Quinn
Rose she's deathstrokes daughter you only really see her in the comics.
