Walking into her apartment after a long day Miranda took off her heels at the front door and walked to her room, taking off her clothes she walked to the bathroom for a well needed shower. Walking out of the bathroom into her room she turned when she heard her phone ring

"Hello, mother" said rolled her eyes

"Hello, Miranda"

"And you called for....."

"Me and your sister are going to brunch, and you will be joining" her mom said

"Of course, I'm not busy at all" Miranda said

"Just meet us at The Champagne our usual time and not a minute late" her mom said hanging up, she threw her phone on the bed, got in, and went to sleep.

The next morning Miranda got up to get ready for brunch with her mother and sister. Getting to the restaurant three minutes early, she found the table with her mom and sister.

"Hello, Mother, Marsha, how are you?" Miranda asked

"Wonderful" was all her older sister said

After a while they finally ordered and talked

"Okay girls, let's get serious...Miranda"

"Yes?" Miranda sighed and rolled her eyes

"Don't do that...you already know what I'm about to say"

"Yes, I do and I don't want to hear it Mother not right now, not right here" Miranda said

"Miranda just listen" Marsha said

"No"

"Fine if you don't want to listen, I have no choice but to do this...." Her mom said

"Do what?"

"I'm sorry Miranda, but we have to cut you off" Her mother said looking at her

"Are you serious? Is she serious Marsha?" Miranda asked

"Yes, Miranda you don't want to listen you don't want to work for the family we have no other choice but to do this until you learn your lesson" her mother said

"And daddy agreed with all this?" She asked

"Well no, but he had no choice but to do this"

"You know...whatever" Miranda got up and walked out of the restaurant.

*1 year later*

"Y'all what is this place?" Ben asked

"Some place Jacob was talking about" his best friend Devin said walking in front of him

"But what do they do here" Ben asked

"Jacob said it's like a peep show man..basically girls dancing, and touching all on themselves, but their behind some glass so men don't touch them" Devin explained

"Man what the hell, I could have just gone to a strip club" Ben said

"I know, I just wanted to see what's up with it" he said as they walked in

"$10 each" the man behind the counter said, they gave him $10 each and both reserved $5 in quarters "5 minutes a quarter you guys know who you want to see?" The man asked

"Uh...nah this our first time here" Devin said

"This is a list of names and their curtain number"

"I'll do curtain 6" Ben said

"She's our best one" the man said looking at Ben

"I'll do 2"

"Head back there and find the number..enjoy" the man said
