A day with Freddy

Today seemed less exciting then the others. Sure Y/N liked Freddy and thought that he was a talented animatronic. However his egotistical programming flawed him from being more relatable than the others. He was made to be perfect since hes the star of the show. Y/N slowly got out of her bed and did her normal routine. She had even slowly dragged her feet down the stairs and through the house to the kitchen. "Do I have to bond with Freddy pappy?" She asked slowly eating her breakfast. She was trying to stall for time. "Cant I just stay home?" She whined making her grandpa hold in a chuckle. "Now now Y/N. Any other circumstance I would say yes you could stay home.....but this is part of your training. You dont have to necessarily love Freddy but atleast build some form of friendship. People can change even robots too. Will you promise to atleast try to get along with Freddy?" He asked as Y/N nodding still in a pouty mood. "Yes pappy....I'll try" she said softly walking with him to the car. "Seatbelt" he chimed as Y/N buckled up not saying anything this time. Her grandfather peeked in the mirror with a frown as he drove to the Pizzaplex. Y/N got out of the car once they parked. She sighed and walked into the Pizzaplex. She didnt even greet Chica or the others. Y/N just trudged to rockstar row knocking at Freddys door. She mustered up a smile as the bear looked down from the door frame. "Are you lost superstar?" He asked nothing that visiting hours weren't started yet. "No I'm the bosses granddaughter Y/N. I'm training to take over the business. I'm only seven but pappy says it takes years of practice to bond with everyone and learn everything. I'm supposed to bond with you today" she explained as Freddy nodded. "I see well I'm happy to be the first on your bonding trip!" He said excitedly. Y/N held in a snicker as she looked at the bear. "Actually you're the last one on my list. I already bonded with the others" she said shrugging a bit. "Well I suppose that we can walk around and talk. I'm not really sure what we should do. I've pretty much done every activity in the Pizzaplex" she stated. Freddy just looked at the girl. He was a bit hurt that he was the last one she was bonding with however he cant help it. He decided to suggest an activity to her. "How about we go to the dance arcade and hang out with DJ Music Man" he said reaching out for her hand. "Sure that's fine. It's better than nothing" she said not taking his hand as they went to the dance floor in the Pizzaplex. At this point Y/N was loosing interest about Freddy. "Come on Superstar why do you look so sad?" Freddy asked sitting with her despite they being in a dance hall. "What's wrong?" She repeated "what's wrong is that you're so perfect. Everyone likes you it's how you're programmed. You dont have a flaw like the others. It makes you less relatable" she said softly. Freddy thought for a moment and scanned Y/N to gain information on her mood. "I am flawed....I just hide it. Some flaws are visible and some are not. I lost someone very important to me. He was a good friend." He explained catching Y/N's attention. "Who did you loose?" She asked. "I lost my partner....my best friend. Bonnie was special. He always knew how to cheer people up. He was a crowd favorite. He ended up getting decommissioned. I dont normally talk about this because it hurts. I dont like going upstairs to any of his stages or even the bowling alley. It hurts to much" he said showing his flaw for once. Y/N just looked at Freddy now tearing up. "I'm sorry that I judged you so quickly. I actually can relate to you. I never got to meet my mom. She died during birth. And I dont even know who my dad is." She said hugging the bear closely with her tiny arms. "Thank you for telling me that. I think we can be friends after all" she said continuing to hug him. "Let's go dance"
