"It won't end unless YOU stop this, Aine!"

The dark omniscient voice that roared through the entire vicinity surrounding the tower of creation and prophecies.

Fire crashed around with eyes that only knew fury and hate. The staunch in the air seemed stifling as I could barely hold my body up.

It takes every inch of my body not to collapse as I hold them both near to keep them shielded from the horrors that is the King Gerald invoking a forbidden spell to the skies that has been invoked to the seelies.

I looked towards the others scrambling in the foyer, as they all panic seeing the view outside of the castle walls from the tower, the dark clouded sky that crashed and sparked with dark magic and energy swarming. It felt as if the entire sky was swallowed in darkness and only the red glow from King Gerald's tower was visible.

"Queen, we must escort you and the girls out-"

I saw Commander Kane, He had lifted one side of my arm while still helping me stand and noticed I had bled quicker than expected since the birth. Nevan, our magician with a dark robe with beige silk pants and a baggy cotton shirt, held my other side.

"Wait-! where is Geroid?! I need to know-"

"Queen, we couldn't find him after the crash and explosion, we have people searching, we need to get you to safety-"

I stood paralyzed, I looked down at my newborn fae's, seeing their sleeping faces and shedding a tear as I needed to at least get them to safety.

Heading down the winding stairs, as we got to the stone door that would reveal the ancient passage way that was only ever in case a royal needed to escape. I enchanted the song of Fae that opened it, I had to still be supported as I felt the pain riding up my body, the door opened to reveal a dark passage way that lit up with torches. We quickly went through to close the door after.

"Aine, you should have just let us give you some energy before-"

"There wasn't time, we need to get to the forest of Idle, where we can hide the girls-"

As I was going to continue, the paths separated into two different directions. I looked at Commander Kane, then at Nevan, who shook his head.

"Don't even think-"

"Nevan, I don't have much longer, I need you to hide her in your world please, take her to the other plane and keep her hidden. Commander please take the other one and ensures she's hidden away until his reign is over."

Nevan looked down at the child I handed him, as I handed Kane the other child, two fae's born from my womb. I heard distant crashing as the torches started to flicker and the walls started to rumble. I looked down at the twins and gave them each a caring kiss on their foreheads.

"I don't care your majesty! There has to be another way, we can fight! we can-"

As he started to yell I smiled and looked at commander Kane looking with a deep look that read sorrow.

"Please, The magic he possesses would surely end the fairy goddesses and their ways of life. these two are the last of what I am. I will fend them off as long as need be. But you must carry on my will through them."

As I glanced at them both I turned and conjured up a barrier between myself and them, I then formed a protective barrier around each child and inscribed writings of protection around with a blue and lilac hue

"Please don't, Aine please reason with us-"

"Their names will be Rosa and Flora. And they will be the key to the survival of all faeries."
