for you to say i didn ' t try hard
enough .

as you said only for you to get upset .

i ' m tired of trying to care for myself

i ' m tired of everything .

i ' m tired of not being able to get
a good grade in science .

i ' m tired of not being able to get
a good grade in english .

i ' m tired of trying not to cry bc i know
people will ridcule me for it .

i ' m tired of trying to stand up to myself only to be told to shut up .

i just want someone to be proud of
me . just be proud please ? i ' m trying
so hard to clean my room , to drink
water , to even sleep enough . i just
want to be someone worthy to you
as a daughter . i just want you to tell
me i tried and that you ' re proud of me
for that . just that . i make accidents but
we all do . we aren ' t perfect . so stop
getting mad at me for them .
