the woman in the forest

They fully stepped out. They looked a bit older than me with waist length raven hair. They got closer and they looked like a girl, she looked scared and messy.

"Excuse me, are you Princess y/n?" She asked.

"Yes." I said hesitantly.

"I'm Andrea. It's an honor." The girl named Andrea said dipping into a bow. "Forgive me, but may I ask what you, a princess, is doing here?"

I took a deep breath and told her what happened.

"Oh my gods, are you okay? Thst sounds absolutely horrid. " Andrea said sounding genuinely concerned.

"I've been better." I admit. "How long have you been here?"

"About three years. My parents chucked me out when I told them I was lesbian. I ran off here and now I can't find my way back out." She said with a sigh. "Don't worry I'm not going to hit on you."

A sly grin slid onto my face.
"That wouldn't be the worst thing." I said. We looked at each other before bursting out laughing.

"So how long have you been here?" She said when we finally managed to stop laughing.

"I came in here yesterday."

Andrea's eyes widened.

"What is it?" I asked.

"If you disappearance is that fresh then there will be people looking for you."

"Oh I doubt it. My parents don't really care care. Also my engagement to Thor wasn't going to well so Odin will probably just find one of my sister's to set him up with." I said with a sigh.

"I have something I think you need to do right now if you want to feel better." Andrea said after a moment of hesitation. She grabbed my arm and lead me deeper into the forest.

We had arrived a humongous rock the size of a small cottage, that had merged into the rocky cliff face. I turned to Andrea, she walked up to it and pushed the center of the rock. There was a flash of gold and a little wooden door appeared in the rock. Andrea twisted the little golden handle and the door opened.

"Home, sweet home." Andrea said stepping in, I followed. I looked around. It was really nice, there were little warm torches, hunting gear, and more.

"Some hunters used to stay here before Odin denied them access to the forest. It's small but it's home." She said walking towards the wall at the back of the cave. She drew a circle on the wall and then ran her middle three fingers through the center. The walls separated to reveal a different room which had a mattress, food and over things worth giving extra protection. This room was also well lit. There was a small pathway that Andrea lead me down to reveal a very well lit room with a mini lake in the middle.

"Wow." I said looking at her. I walked up closer to the water inspecting it. It was shallow, but deep enough for a proper swim and you could see the bottom. "How did you work out the combinations to this place?"

"Well before it was forbidden, I saw the hunters open the cave everyday. After they stopped coming back, I assumed it was forbidden because no one came in anymore. I opened the cave to find torches, the place already furnished, and a detailed instruction manual on how the place worked. And I just stayed and took advantage of the place." She replied.

I looked back at the water,
"Do you want to go for a swim?" I suggest.

"That's the main reason I brought you here." She said. "That and I thought you'd appreciate a place to stay."

"You're letting me stay here?" I asked.

"Well of course! We're friends now." Andrea replied.

"We're friends?" I stutter pleasantly surprised.

"Well duh. I told you I was gay. Anyway, do you want to come here so I can change you into some bathers?" Andrea asked.

"How?"

"You're really bad at this." She giggled. "I've taught myself magic. That's how I've survived for two years without human contact."

"Oh that's cool." I said. I walk up to her and she shuts her eyes, gold mist flowed out of her fingers in wisps. They closed around my body, making my clothes vanish, to be almost immediately replaced with a simple black one piece.

"Nice." I said nodding, I closed my eyes as she did the same thing to herself.

We both slip into the pool of water. It was the perfect temperature for the current weather, it was quite hot outside and it was nice and cool in the water. I duck under the water, letting my body slowly float back to the top.

"Its nice isn't it?" Andrea said. I nodded in response. "There's a spell put on it, when it's cold outside, the water's warm, and when it's hot outside, it's water's cool."

"Did you do that spell?"

"Oh no. That's far more advanced than what I'm up to. I think it was casted by the person who made this place."

"Brother it's no use. The guards have search the entire kingdom."

"How is she your future wife and I'm the only one that cares about her disappearance?" Loki demanded.

"Brother-" Thor started.

"Don't 'brother' me! SHE COULD BE BEING TORTURED RIGHT NOW, AND I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO SEEMS CONCERNED!" Loki lashed out.

"It no use Loki." Thor said taking a hold of Loki's arm. "Just forget about it."

"Why are you do insistent on us giving up?" Loki asked in annoyance. Thor looked down. "What are you not telling me."

Thor still didn't respond.

"TELL ME!" Loki yelled. Thor a shook his head. Loki stormed up to him and pressed his hand on Thor's temple. Thor's memories quickly flashed through his brothers head.

"I'm doing what's expected."

"I DON'T CARE WHAT'S EXPECTED!"

Thor watched her shut the door and run.

"That's enough brother." Loki heard his Thor's voice say.

Thor slammed his hand against the wall.

"That stupid bitch." He mumbled to himself.

"ENOUGH!" Thor's voice rang out, pushing away his brothers hand.

"What did you do?" Loki said in disbelief shaking his head.

A/n

Ya, I just did that.
And yes Andrea is Andrea from My love, hence Alex Colleges literary universe.

So 'why us?' is set in Thor 1 and 'My love' is set way after iw but no one died in any of those movies.

Well anyway.
