After four dates it was time for Ben to leave for St. George's park.
"I'm gonna miss our dates" meg told Ben as he was putting his things in his taxi.
"So am I, but I'll be back in a month" he said as he kissed her forehead.
"Ill be at Wembley cheering you on" she said as she kissed his lips, softly.
"I know you will, bye" he said with a smile as he got in the car and she waved him off.

It was England's first Euro game and they were playing Croatia.
"Hi" someone said next to her, who was wearing a rice shirt.
"Hey" she said, slightly confused why this random girl was talking to her.
"I'm Lauren, Declan's girlfriend are you Ben's girlfriend?" Lauren asked Meg.
"Hi nice to meet you, but not I'm not, we've been on a few dates but he hasn't properly asked me yet" she said, then realised she was rambling.
"Oh okay, I'm sure he will at some point" she said with a wink, which made her feel like she knew something.
"I hope, I really like him" she said with a weak smile.
"Yeah it seems like you do, but I think he does too I've seen his Instagram posts" she said with a smile, he had posted a few photos with her on his Instagram.
"Yeah, anyway I didn't check when the game was starting, what time is it starting?" She asked Lauren.
"It's starting at two so In twenty minutes" she said with a smile.
When the players started lining up she didn't see Ben and then she realised that he wasn't playing, which she was a little sad about.

It ended 1-0 due to Raheem Sterling scoring, but she felt bad for Ben not playing.
She made her way out of the stadium and back to her house until her phone pinged.
Ben :) Hey, sorry for being annoying, But do you think you could Maybe go and check on my House make sure everything's Okay, the key is in the flower Pot just outside of the door :)
Meg: Yeah of course I can :)

She grabbed her keys off the side again and drive to Bens house, she got the key from where he told her it was. He had trusted her to look after Duke, his dog, so she had brought him with her as he hadn't been in his natural surroundings for a while.
She looked around and noticed he had taken all of his snacks with him, despite the fact he wasn't meant to, which she giggles to herself about.
She went into the garden to get Duke, but he wasn't there.
"Duke?" She calls through the house, but he didn't come, which she found strange as he would normally come to the call of his name. She went back out into the garden and then she saw him, in the distance. He was in the field behind Ben's house that would normally have sheep in it, which he was probably looking for.
"Duke come here buddy" she said trying to get him to come back, but instead he barks still sitting there. "Come on, I know what you want..." she said as she got treats out of her pocket which he got up to realising what she was doing. "Look what I've got" she said showing him them as he ran to her, she lead him back into the house, made him sit and gave them to him. "You are hard work mister" she said giggling a little.
She got him back in the car, safely then got in the drivers seat leaving Duke in the back. Before setting off she pulled her phone out to text Ben.
Me: Everything's fine... but, There was a little Accident 🥲
