I wanted to take a plane but Osiris (my uncle) said that cause my brother and I were from the underworld, and because of the eternals' recent attacks on us gods, it would gain too much attention and be too dangerous. So instead, I had to shadow travel with my brother. What had happened was, my Mum's godly existence was shattered (cause gods can't die, it's the closest thing to death), then I got in one little fight with some eternals and my uncle got scared and told me I was moving with my brother back to New York and we would stay with our adoptive father who I hadn't seen in seven years. First things first, I'm Saedii, the Egyptian goddess of death, twin sister of Anubis. You've probably heard of him, you know the jackal? And I just arrived on the doorstep of my adoptive father's sky scraper with my twin brother because my uncle thinks that despite the fact we're ageless immortal beings, we still need adult supervision. And I'm still searching for my soulmates.
