I hop in the car and start driving.
Someone's calling me. Brendon. I should have given him my info.

We talked all the way there.Mostly about Chuck. Mostly. I was telling him what to feed Chuck, and all that stuff. I finally arrived at the nail salon.

It was small... but cozy. "I gotta go..." I say. Part of me didn't want to hang up. "Ok bye I guess..." he hung up.

He's calling me again. "Just can't get enough of me huh?" I ask. "This is Akio, Ashley. Who were you talking to? Nvm I know who wink wink," says Akio.

"I uhh," I say. "Hey so Darius is having a hangout you and your gal pals wanna come?" He asks. "Sure but i don't think Sam can make it. She has a date." I say.

"It's at 6," he says. "Ok I should be done with my nails by then," I say. "Oh and uh make sure Brendon brings his puppy!" I say.

"Since when did he hav-" I hang up. I was gonna be late for my appointment.

"Hey girl!!" Says Hannah. "Your late.." "I know..." I say. "Well let's start!" She says. I get plain simple white acrylic nails.

"Thanks for paying!" I say. "No problem!" She says. "Did Akio call you?" I ask. "Yeah," she says.

"Let's go!" I say. "Uh no are you crazy?!" She says. "That is one of the many words I've been described as so... yes!" I say sarcastically.

"We can't go looking like this!" She says. "Meh. Ok." I say. We head back to the dorm. It's 5:30... we don't have enough time!!!

"Quick put on this dress!!" She says, "and this waterproof lip stick!"

"Why would I need waterpr-" I look her dead in the face. "You have such a dirty mind! That's not gonna happen!"

She kisses the air. "There's always a chance!" She replies "now hurry I need to use the bathroom next!"

"One more thing... who are you tryna impress huh?" I ask. "Uh my boyfriend! Akio! Guess I didn't tell you... oops!" She replies.

Wow ok! I go to the bathroom and fix my makeup. I put on my dress. It's a short, black, shoulder cut, button up dress. I brush my hair and run back to Hannah.

"Damn girl you look good!!" I say. "Thanks you to!" She replies. We snap a photo and send it to Sam. She replies.

Ya'll look hot!!! Guess who's my blind date 😬. Phoebe! Wish me luck.

"Woah girl! You got this!" I reply

We rush to Darius's house. "Wow it's big!" I say. "Yeah...." she replies. "How did you and Akio meet?" I ask. "Oh I met him last year when I was touring. He was a first year. We swapped digets and we've been in love even since!" She says.

"Damn! I'm jelly!" I say. Goals am I right? We head towards the door. I knock. Akio and Darius answer.

Darius gives me a punch in the arm. Ouchh. Dang was he strong. I acted like it didn't hurt even though it really did.

Hannah and Akio do a quick kiss on the lips. I was reallllyyy jelly. I want a relationship like that one day.

"Well Brendon is in the kitchen uh we know you want to see him so go on," Darius says as he gestures towards the kitchen. I blush and walk away.
