This is a Sims 4 approximation of Nicasius as a child in Oea(modern day Tripoli, Libya). In reality he wouldn't have worn these (he would've been forced to wear the Roman version of a toga), but he's a special circumstance! Even though his parents resent having a child with a disability they don't want him to be completely miserable. Those 3 quarters are very important as well. Don't forget those.
Some Fun Facts: His full name is "Lucius Aurelius Seius Africanus Antonius Nicasius", but in Roman society people day-to-day would refer to each other with only 2 or 3 of their names. The only reason their names were so long in the first place was because it would tell that person's entire lineage; along with describe a bit of their personality (a practice the Spanish decided to keep). As such, the names people chose to have people refer to them as were very important.
The chapter title, "Salve" is the common Latin greeting, like "Salutations".
