It's a Thursday night, Esmé, Dionne and Zion had come over for a movie night. Currently the group was chilling in the living room with TV playing 'clueless'. You had just picked up the pizza from the front door and was eating a slice of pepperoni pizza. Dionne had her head on Zion's lap and Esmé was sitting on the carpet using the coffee table as her table to eat her slice.
"You know when I was little I thought the relationship was so cute till you realize that's her step-brother" you say looking at the group.
"Yeahhhh, like that was weird, why we even watching this fo' real" Zion replies back.
"Ouuuu, Jean is gonna go live on twitch soon. Can we watch pleaseee" Esmé asked, holding her phone .
Jean was a twitch streamer, he had started streaming during the spring semester and he had gained a good following on the platform. He ranges from different topics, some streams he just talks about science to playing games to having some of his friends in the streams having fun. Esmé has been a loyal viewer to Jean's streams; he even let her be a moderator.
"Honestly yeah let's watch that, you cool with that y/n" Dionne says sitting up looking at Esmé's phone.
"Sure you can hook it up to the tv" you say getting up to put your plate away and to grab some cookies you had delivered from a bakery down the street.
"We really bout to watching Jean's horse face ass" Zion says slouching on the couch
"Stop it could be fun" Esmé says pouting at Zion.
"He better be doin something cool"Dionne says
Esmé quickly uses airplay to have Jean's twitch stream on the big 80 inch tv. The 'stream starting soon' screen starts playing on the screen with a beat playing in the background. As you come back you place the box of cookies on the coffee table in front of you. Dionne had joined Esmé sitting on the carpet watching the chat on her phone.
"Entonces, ¿qué ha estado pasando contigo y connie?" Zion says looking at you

"Tengo mis fuentes" he says playfully. Sasha you think to yourself. You've been enjoying your time with Connie as friends so much that the possibility that if you were to start dating it would all crumble. Yeah he's attractive and kind but what if you see something you don't like or even worse he sees something he doesn't like in you.

" The stream is starting !" Esmé breaks your train of thought as you pay attention to the screen in front of you. Leaning your head against Zion's shoulder you take a deep breath and start to pay attention to whatever nonsense Jean is about to start saying.
