Navier POV:
It's been 2 months since I, Mai, a normal, 23 year old, college student, reincarnated inside one of my favorite novels, 'The Remarried Empress'. I didn't just get reincarnated as one of the side characters, oh how I wish.
I am now the female lead of the novel, Navier.
Navier is the empress of the Eastern Empire, despite being known as the rather "cold" empress, Navier's life was perfect. She was the perfect empress and she had a rather stable relationship with her husband, the current emperor of the Eastern Empire; Sovieshu(sovi), whom she known since childhood.
But, Navier and Sovi's relationship got very complicated later on because someone came along.
While Sovieshu was out on a bear hunt, he had accidentally caught a runway slave name Rashta in of his traps. Rashta later becomes Sovieshu's beloved mistress in less than a week, and she steals every inch of love the Emperor had for the Empress.
Navier's original life doesn't get better until she meets a bird which she named Queen. She quickly becomes comfortable with the bird and starts exchanging letters with its' master. She later finds out that the bird was actually its own master.
To make it more simple, Queen turned out to be the western kingdoms' future king, Prince Henirely. The prince also had a big fat crush on Navier.
Anyways enough with the past let's go back to the present.
