Y/N's POV

I was walking down the street casually, the sun shining directly into my face. But I didn't care. I had to get to the Firm Matress Store.

You see, when I was younger, my mother and I went to the Firm Matress Store, the very same one I'm going to now as a matter of fact, and while she was buying an ultra large double king sized bed, the bed, which was propped up against the wall, came crashing down and crushed her to smithereens.

A few months after that, while my father was attempting to sue the Firm Matress Store in court, a matress, which was propped up against the wall, came crashing down and crushed him and only him. He died. Absolutely nobody else was injured as they did not get crushed. The matress was only in a spot where it could hurt him and only him.

My life was never really the same after that. Sure I got to live with my grandparents but . . . it wasn't the same. It would never be the same.

Anyways, I was walking down the street when I realized it would be faster to run to Firm Matress Store.

I broke out into a run. I broke out into a song.

I walked silently into the quiet Firm Matress Store and smoothed out my clothes. I wanted this to go well. I needed this to go well.

When I entered I walked over to a man standing by the door. He was yellow and square. His name tag spelled "Spongebob".

"Can I help you?" He asked.

"Yes, I'm looking to get a job here." I replied, jerking my head wildly at the HELP WANTED poster in the window.

He stated at me and then pulled out an application form from an unknown place.

"YES!" I screeched, throwing my hands up in the air and waving my arms wildly. I snatched the application form and pulled out a pen and started scribbling everything down.

The interview went perfect. I got the job. They said I could start tomorrow!

That night, I could barely sleep. I was way too excited for the first day at my new job at the Firm Matress Store.

When the time finally came, I ran out the door and to the Firm Matress Store.

I burst through the door with a huge smile on my face, but what I saw inside made me stop dead in my tracks and stare.

At first his back was facing me, but he must have heard me enter because when I came through the doors he turned towards me.

Right then and there I knew instantly that this was the man I had been waiting for my whole life. This was the man of my dreams. I had to get my hands on that sweet pink oily metallic apocalyptic body of his.

He was perfect.

He was mine.
