"honey wake up" Y/n whispered while she gently shake them with a smile on her face."w-what?" "Y/n/n,what is it?" Both twins asked while shielding their face with their hands from the sunlight outside the window."Happy birthday my love" She said before she drop herself on top of them gently to snuggle closely as she wrapped her arms around their waist with a giggle as she look up at them."oh love" Bette mumble in the air while she wrapped her arm around her neck in a gentle way while stroking her hair."darling,don't do that I'm in the middle of my dream!" Dot said in a whiny voice with a yawn but of course she hug her also before kissing the top of her head. "Thank you sweetheart,we love you so much" Bette said with a teary eyes."thank you darling,we love you" her twin said ready to fall back asleep."oh come on, don't sleep yet we have to celebrate your birthday first!" Y/n said now whining. A giggle filled the room as they dance,laugh and eat just celebrating the another year of their existence.

"Hey wake up!"

My voice is shaky as I try to keep quiet for the twins. This is the day they're now separate from each other..Dot's wish for her birthday.
"Honey?,wake up" I said now tears streaming down my face. 'What if t-they're dead' I shake off my negative thoughts and admire their sleeping state.
I can't believe they're separate from each of now. I noticed how red Bette's nose is maybe from all the crying before they start,my poor darling not wanting to let go of her sister.
"Dot?,Bette?" I said once again intertwining our hands together and that's the problem..they only have one hand and foot I'm sure they have to go to surgery again to fix this and to admit I'm scared for them.

I move my face closer to them and kiss their forehead with a tears falling down my cheeks,I then noticed Bette's eyes open slowly until I can finally see her eyes looking at me."Y-y/n/n" she whispered."shh,shh yes it's me" I said giving her a kiss on her cheeks."how are you feeling darling?" I asked stroking her hair softly as I wait for Dot's eyes to look at me."I-I'm sleepy Y/n/n" she said with a small pout on her face. I just chuckle and kiss her one more time before I nod at her."you can sleep love" I said."I'll wait for your sister to wake up,go on you need your strength back" I said."C-can I sleep on your shoulder again?" She asked.
I knew it,she loves it when she sleep with her head on my shoulder and so does her sister Dot,my sweethearts. "Yup,of course" I said sitting beside her carefully as she lean on my shoulder and sleep immediately. "Sleepwell love" I said keeps looking at Dot excited for her turn to look at me.
