So I am hybrid in school rn. AND MY TEACHERS-
Im just gonna go ahead and say it, the only thing ELA class taught me is how to over analyze things and worry more about my grade. Im really good at grammar, but when it comes to reading its a whole different story.
Since I am an author myself, I'm going to tell you the author's purpose of my story :)
My purpose is to entertain.

NOTICE WHAT I DID NOT SAY:
the tExT sTrucTuRe creates a cALm tOne, pRoMpTiNg the reader to think about what will happen in later chapters.
I ALSO DID NOT SAY:
The efFecT of the sEtTinG causes the reader to iNterPreT the dIfFeReNce oF tOne.
Its really not that deep.
When Im $50,000.00+ in debt from college, am I going to start analyzing the text structure in my bills?
