First Meeting

Nuwa had been working at Murakami's for two weeks and everything seemed fine, it surprised Murakami that the Purple Dragons had never been gone for that long, all because of Nuwa

It was another day at Murakami's and Nuwa was washing the cups

The door opened as she looked up, she saw a red-haired girl with blue eyes and wore a yellow t-shirt

The girl looked at her with red cheeks, but she soon sat down

"Hi, I've never seen you here before" the girl greeted

"That's right, I just moved here" Nuwa replied

"Oh, how long are you here now?" The girl asked

"A month" Nuwa replied as she nodded

"I-I'm April" the girl introduced herself

"My name is Nuwa" Nuwa replied as April ordered and waited for her food while taking a sip from her soda

Without any warning, the Purple Dragons barged in, April and Murakami froze while Nuwa just rolled her eyes while being cautious

"Seriously, don't you thugs have anything better to do?" Nuwa asked as she crossed her arms

The three just grinned while holding daggers and a huge hammer, Tsoi had burning marks on his chest and his face

"Ok, you asked for it" Nuwa replied as she raised both of her hands, making the ground shake

April accidentally spilled her drink while the Purple Dragons fled again

Nuwa shook her head as she rolled her eyes

"Scaredy-cats" she mumbled as she glanced over at April

"You spilled some soda" Nuwa said as she absorbed the water out of April's shirt with a quick, elegant hand movement

April's mouth hung open in confusion while blushing

"W-what did you just do?" April stuttered as Nuwa rubbed her neck

"Y-yeah, well-"

"She is the Avatar and I'm thankful for her" Murakami replied while finishing April's order and placing it on the table

"The Avatar?!" April gasped

"Yeah" Nuwa replied

"Why didn't you say that sooner?!" April asked enthusiastically

"Because I'm not gonna just tell everyone I meet 'I'm the Avatar. Y'know?" Nuwa replied as Murakami called that it's time for her break

She walked from behind the counter and sat next to April

"Have you mastered ALL the elements already or are you having trouble with one or two?" April asked as she nearly bombarded her with questions

"Jeez. So many questions. Yes, I quite master them all, but I'm still learning" Nuwa replied

"Wow... I still can't believe I'm talking to the Avatar. Do you know something about the Reincarnation Cycle?" April asked as Nuwa nodded

She told April everything about what she knew of the Reincarnation Cycle and what will happened if she passes on

"Wow, so you'll be an earthbender in another lifetime" April nodded as she paid for her meal and stood up

"It was nice to meet you, Nuwa, have a good evening" April greeted

"Same goes to you, April" Nuwa replied as she waived her hand before April walked out

"She seems to like you a lot" Murakami chuckled

"Oh, please, I've just met her and we were just talking" Nuwa smiled as gazed at the clock and saw it was closing time

"Well, I gotta go, see you soon" Nuwa replied as she walked out after Murakami wished her a good evening
