Over the next couple days Eugene and Keith have spent every night together. Becky calls once a day to check in and Matt is home visiting family. Becky isn't going to be back from her trip for another week and Matt will be gone for two. While they're cuddling in the couch watching a movie Eugene feels compelled to ask.
"Keith?" Eugene says.
"Yeah?" Keith reply's.
"What are we gonna do?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well Becky will be home soon and Matt will be home... what are we gonna do? Are we going to tell them? Are we going to go back to pretending like nothing is happening?"
"Well... I... don't know. Not even Ned and Zach know we've been at this for days. I mean they know about the first time but they don't know everything."
"We need to talk to them. They deserve to know."
"I agree, but can we just enjoy right now? Then when Matt and Becky are home... we can all talk."
"Okay..." Eugene says wearily.
"Hey," Keith says as he gently guiding Eugene's chin up to look at him, "don't worry... we will figure it out."
The next day Keith and Eugene go to the office and ask Zach and Ned to come and talk.
"Hey guys, what's up? What do we need to talk about?" Ned inquires.
"Yeah, is everything okay?" Zach asks.
"We need to talk, as a group... as best friends."
"Okay?" Ned reply's.
Keith starts the conversation by telling Ned and Zach what Eugene and himself have been doing.
"We know it's not good, not fair, not okay, but we tried staying apart but we can't." Keith says.
"We just need advice, help, guidance, anything. You guys are like brothers. We need you." Eugene adds.
